It's a great place for us ladies to exercise. Dancing with the instructors is so much fun. The time passes so fast! Give it a try.

360 Fitness is a top-notch gym with a very warm and inclusive culture. New equipment, nice locker…read morerooms, a wide variety of classes, and most of all an incredibly knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to help you attain your fitness goals. If you're looking into personal training, I highly recommend Chris Savoie. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

I've been a member of the 360 Fitness Gym located in Tyler, Texas since October 2019…read more I joined 360 because they were different from other gyms in the area in a good way. They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. You will be impressed with all they have to offer and how they can personalize it for you. For me, 360 Fitness will always be my gym. I hope to see you there.

Want to get your butt whipped into shape? Want to not feel embarassed as you groan and gasp for air…read morethrough your work out? Come here. Seriously. When I was in town for work my co-workers (who had recently joined the Body Boot Camp at Mosley's) said that I had to go with them since I've been on a health kick and am trying to get into shape. I am so glad I went! One class is $10 but for $50 you can go all month, which is a heckuva deal. On top of that the boot camp changes what you're doing so he takes care of all of the body/muscle confusion for you to get you into shape. I will tell you this is NOT easy and at one point you'll probably feel close to death, but he is so motivating and funny that he just talks you through it. At the same time you're also surrounded by men and women of all shapes and sizes who are also gasping for breath and trying to survive the next exercise he throws out as he shouts out inspirational stories, challenges you, calls you out by name to tell you that you can do it, tells jokes to make everyone laugh when they're all gasping for air. It's really an incredible experience. I've really never had this much fun while working so hard, and I love that he constantly kept you guessing about what you'd do next. He started with a warm up, then we did the main exercises and at the end he does a cool down, all in an hour! Classes range but I know there are both day and evening (7:30-8:30pm) options. I believe there is also child care because people brought their kids and they stayed in another room away from the workouts!! If you're looking to get into shape I cannot recommend this place enough, if I lived in Shreveport-Bossier you'd see me here all the time because I completely believe he will get you in shape, and make you love him and hate him as you do! HA! You can do it!

He calls his class attendees by name and challenges them to work to the best of their ability. Going to class is a fun 1-hour escape from daily life that allows people the time to focus on themselves, their fitness, and overall well-being. My personal favorites: LAB class- 20 min of legs, abs and butts always has me sore the next day and I see results by attending consistently. Cardio - 40-45 minutes of a cardio routine to awesome music ranging from the latest hip hop hits to classics like Michael Jackson. Ab exercises and stretching close the class.

The classes and instructors at Club Pilates Tyler were great, but unfortunately, the billing…read morepractices and lack of communication completely ruined my experience. For nearly a month, I called two to three times every week trying to speak with a manager before my next membership payment was due. I could not log into the app to update the credit card on file, and I specifically asked them to stop attempting to process the automatic payment until someone could help me. Despite all of those calls, I never received meaningful help or a return call. Almost a week later, after I deposited money into that account to pay bills, the membership charge was pushed through and left me in a very difficult financial situation. I called multiple times afterward and even went to the studio in person asking for help, but nothing was resolved. They also processed an additional charge of approximately $20 just a few days before the monthly membership payment was taken. My mother also prepaid more than $400 for private sessions. Her health has significantly declined, and she has Parkinson's disease along with other medical issues, so she no longer feels Pilates is a good fit for her. She called repeatedly for weeks trying to speak with someone about transferring the prepaid amount to me, either toward my unlimited membership or so I could use the private sessions. After receiving no response, I obtained the phone number for the instructor who was supposed to work with her. My mother finally explained her health concerns and asked again about transferring the sessions. She was told the matter would be looked into, but she never heard back. Another major concern is that, even with an unlimited monthly membership, members can be charged approximately $15-$25 for missing a class. I understand having a cancellation policy, and I did not have an issue with the 12-hour cancellation requirement under normal circumstances. However, illnesses do not always provide 12 hours of notice. The studio understandably tells members not to attend when they or their children are sick, but members are still financially penalized for staying home. As a single mother who drives at least 30 minutes to attend classes and who has also been traveling to MD Anderson for medical care, there were occasional mornings when either my child was sick or I was physically unable to make it. These situations were not frequent, but I often felt pressured to attend while feeling unwell because I could not afford another charge on top of the monthly membership. I was also charged twice for a pair of socks purchased at the studio. I was told I would receive a credit, but that credit was never applied. Again, the instructors and the actual classes were wonderful. My negative review is based on the billing issues, the difficulty reaching management, the lack of follow-up and the inability to get problems resolved despite repeated calls and an in-person visit. I would not recommend signing a membership agreement here if you have children, health issues or any chance that you may need flexibility. Even keeping detailed records of your calls and charges does not help much when no one follows up and the issues still are not resolved.
