I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. I am disappointed in the Planet Fitness franchise and this location in particular…read more They allow "their" personal trainer to hold machines for a scheduled class from 12:00 (noon) to 12:30 p.m. When I was there on this day between 11:00 and 11:15 a.m. said trainer had the "reserved" sign up and there was no class nor participants. I ignored the sign but then decided to ask the staff for clarification. I know how to substitute exercises for the machines I supposedly can't use, but this is a VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I have been a Planet Fitness member for a few years and have always been an advocate of the franchise. I will no longer be a proud member of the franchise and will never give a positive "word of mouth" for it.

I was told that you can cancel online, but you have to pay the extra month during cancellation...I mean...why?
