This company is local, awesome, and most important honest! The owners are responsive and nice…read morepeople. The tech's are hard working, thorough, and honest. If you're having an issue and you call them they will go to great lengths to figure out what exactly is the problem and then try to fix it on the same call. We recently had issues with our A/C. We called Just-In-Time, they sent a tech. The tech was here at the house testing everything he could to pinpoint and diagnose the issue. It was a bit of trial and error with a few things. I truly believe most other companies would cop out and tell me that we have no other choice but to replace the compressor. While the compressor might still be bad the tech was able to make some repairs to get the A/C to work properly and said that all the testing he did may have contributed to the compressor failure. He said that instead of just recommending its replacement, he's going to call it in to have the office check the compressor's warranty and get it ready to replace in case it makes hissing noises again but also said that we might be just be ok. Just-In-Time is the kind of company you want to have on your shortlist for appliance repairs.

Terrible experience installed two units one in my house one in my mother's. Less than a year ago,…read moremy unit still doesn't have a heating portion. My mother doesn't cool, they came 2 times already and couldn't fix the problem, they do not want to come the third time. Why? Believe it or not, they tried to charge for warranty repairs and the last one for warranty repairs that didn't fix the issue. So to come and fix an issue they want me to pay for the time they came and didn't fix it first (then probably charge for this third visit too). And both units are still under warranty. None of the installed units works. Considering court, if anybody knows a good lawyer let me know.

At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required. Fast forward 1 week and they said that the job was done but they never touched my laundry or other bathroom? They didn't even mention anything, so I did, and they said since the piping is fine they don't have to replace it. They charged me for a full job, but only did half! Don't even try to negotiate with them because they are so rude. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. After that my water heater "suddenly" stops working right after the job, leaving my husband, MY 3 MONTH OLD, and I without hot water!! I mention this and they try to push ANOTHER quote on me??? I requested blind cleaning through Angie's list and was contacted by Lazar Interiors. When Adam…read moreLazar came to my home, he told me that the blinds that I have that have a sheer overlay could not be cleaned. He told me that he could custom order sheers with a backing they are easy to clean, and he thinks that I would be very happy with that; he also measured a few more doors and a window. Adam emailed me a quote for $6,637.00, I told him that I was still on the fence, and I would like to see them before I move forward. This is the reply I was given, "This is the link to Hunter Douglas Dueete. Please let me know how I can assist." https://www.hunterdouglas.com/window-treatments/shades/cellular-shades Following the link that Adam gave me and looking at the pictures, I thought that is what I was getting and how they would look. The day of installation, I had to work and was told by Adam it was not a problem he would be on sight. After installed Adam sent me pictures and I told him that it looked good; when I got home and was able to truly see what they looked like, I realized it was not what I expected a custom order installation should look like. The sheers with the backing were not at all what I expected, they were actually drapes with a pleated top on a cheep rod, that was already flexing from the weight, the drapes were popping off the track, they could not slide across the rod because there was a seam on the track, so opening and closing them they would stick (I was told the track would need to be sprayed with WD40, every now and then). They also used different color screws, which is very noticeable and not custom, I was also told that they used 6" screws, the wall is only 4" deep. The kitchen door and window blinds that are next to each other, were both hung completely different. One was put up flush and the other out some. There was really no point in measuring because none of the blinds were measured to be custom. I was told that this was done so they would not be obstructed by the trim on the floor or the door handle and that I agreed to it (there is no trim or door handle on my window). The bedroom was supposed to be a custom blackout shade, like the rest not flush and this one is over a half inch, letting in a significant amount of light. Seeing this I reached out right away and let Adam know that I was not happy. He came back and took down the drapes and told me that he can take the backing off, remove the pleats and use a different rod but it will cost me more money ($2,447.10). Since the installation, I spoke to Adam's brother Steve and someone named Caroline and the matter has not been resolved. Neither Steve or Caroline offered to come to my home to see their companies terrible work, I even had my attorney write them a letter and nothing. At this point I want a full refund of my money ($4,650.00); my story and pictures justify my claim.
