He even shared his concern of my thermos because it has the flip handle due to his tool requiring rotation, but still made this! (See picture.) I had these 4 special letters engraved with the requested fonts on the best brand of thermos available & Richard delivered. Love it! Will utilize again if ever I need this service in the future!!!
