It wasn't until 2 days later plus me having to go to their other location to leave a note was I able to get a response back. Meanwhile, I called serval times, left voicemails and sent text messages. Then once I inspected all the Jackets one of the names was spelt wrong. I even provided a typed listed of the names to avoid any errors of spelling.
