This guy impounded my car out of a lot where I was working at, my car was properly parked because I am an employee of the place where he towed my car from. The landlord called him to release my car and he refused to give me back my car without having to pay. My car was taken to an address that is a not even registered as a business because I googled it, the address on the receipt I was giving by the driver doesn't even match to a supposedly tow truck company. I will report your business to DCA. I did not ask for no favor because I'm an employee. Furthermore there are three businesses in that location, staples, McDonald and Citibank. Yes you ended up charging me $125 but still unfair because ever employee parks there.. you are such an asshole, you shouldn't even own a business or deal with people. Very rude ! read more

My father went out to Flushing to donate and drop off some protective masks and gears for the elderly home and parked his car for 30 mins at an empty parking lot. His car gets towed by Jay's towing, which is understandable since he took a lot longer than expected. He was asked to meet with Jays Towing at a random place in Flushing which caused him to walk incredibly far & then asks him to pay in cash because they don't accept credit card. He had no cash on him and walked many blocks to the nearest ATM. It is clearly noted that credit card is accepted. However they demand cash as payment in order to release the vehicle. No receipt for the towing was provided. They put my Father at risk. It is unacceptable for a company to act like this during the pandemic (COVID-19). read more

My driver got lost and had to stop for directions, when he did he locked the truck for safety. When he went back to the cab he could not get either door lock to unlock with the key. He was super responsive, professional, and got it all done in timely manner as promised. Car was about 60 miles from Queens. Price quoted was the best price too. WOW!!! They are so amazing!!! Tonight at midnight my daughters car died. I called Jays at 12:30 AM to tow the truck from where it died, back to my house. The car was in the middle of the road!! He was there in 25 min, checked the truck to make sure it was completely dead, hooked it up and brought it back to my home. He was so friendly and professional.
