Messaged this place thru yelp on the weekend. Explained I was trying to get basic wash service either weekly or biweekly done on 2 vehicles. Asked if this service was available and for price. After a few messages I gave my # and said to call me durring the week to make arrangements on day and time. Recieved a txt on monday asking me to call and explain what I was looking to have done. After a few attempts we finally get eachother on the phone. Right away I'm asked how many cars, and what do I want done (all the stuff that had been talked about thru the messages) than I'm told his business is primarily in O.C. and he's only in corona on monday and Tuesday and depending on what I need he can see if it's worth his time and try to squeeze me in. Total waste of my time! Another detailer on the long list of flakes. Update: so I've gotten 3 missed calls from Jay. The 4th call my sister in law answers the phone. Asks who is calling and he responds with "I'm a man, I want to have a man to man conversation with him". She explained to him that I was cooking dinner (bbqing) and she said that he basically just laughed and said that I was a "f**king b*tch". She asked if she could at least tell me who the message was from and his response was "He'll know" read more

This review is a little late in the making but I had jay stop on by to give my car a full detail.. The experience was absolutely superb. From constant communication before the day of the job to the amazing work that was done. I was blown away. You don't really find professionalism these days and I'm glad I reached out to jay. The final results of the car was outstanding. It just didn't even look the same anymore. The car seemed like it just rolled clean off the lot. But the icing was the amazing work he did on buffing out that nasty crusty yellow stains on my headlights. I'm not sure I can really put my thoughts to words, so I'm leaving pictures to do the talking for me. Looking for the Infiniti! Thanks again Jay, I'm going to be reaching out to you soon and ofcourse recommending. If you're looking for a detailer, give jay a call. You'll never feel the amount of joy it is when he's done with your car. read more

On a scale of one to douche, this guy is an 11!! I asked him about "washing and waxing" a trailer I got, and he quotes me $40 after seeing the trailer via a picture I sent him. He gets to my house, and proceeds to tell me that it's going to be more than just a $40 wash and wax job. Mind you, he quoted the price initially. After discussing the job, and telling him that other detailers were quoting the same price (Chad from Star Wash), he told me to have Chad do it, as he would not discount his price. Turns out old Jay and Chad must be buddies, because after asking Chad if he could drop his price some, I get the same picture old Jay took of my trailer from Chad!!! I wouldn't use (Jay) or go back to (Chad) if they were the last car washers on the planet!!! You broke the cardinal rule of confidentiality!!! Good luck gents!!! read more

Wow talk about a great job on a detailed car. Mine looks beautiful!!! Jay does a show room quality detail job. I'm never going to any one else. Even inside of door jambs he didn't miss anything. Thank you Jay. See you next year!!! read more

Great service. Came by the house and was very professional and courteous. Would def use again.

Repeat customer here :) Jay once again did a fantastic job! Our 2009 Toyota Highlander was purchased from a private party and needed a makeover. Previous owner had 2 Labrador Retrievers and he used the SUV extensively for trips to Mammoth. As a result, the interior needed some TLC and Jay made it shine like new! He also gave the exterior and engine special attention....just look at the results. I'll definitely call Jay again the next time I need a vehicle detailed. Thank you Jay! read more

I just bought a car and had Jay detail it after a few road trips. My car looked better after he was done than the day I drove it off the lot. I had to wait 3 weeks for him to get to it since he was so booked but it was so worth the wait. Would not let anyone else detail my car no matter how long the wait is. read more

I had Jay come over this Saturday to do a full detail on my Charger. The car is 3 months old, but had a lot of imperfections from the dealer that were driving me crazy. You figure for a new car it should be fully detailed before letting it go off the lot. Jay and I coordinated a time for him to come out to Eastvale to do a full detail. I pointed out all the imperfections I have noticed on the car. I noticed a nick from a rock on the bumper. Good thing I had bought the touch up paint from the dealer. Jay offered to fix it. Not only does the Charger look better then when I bought it. Now I can not see the nick on my bumper. I will post a picture of the car. No way it looked this good leaving the dealer. He also squeezed in a carwash for my wife's SUV. Much better job than the local carwashes. Thanks again Jay, I will be calling you soon to fully detail my other two cars. read more

I had a Lexus Sedan with very dirty beige interiors detailed today and Jesse was able to make it look as good as new! He was on time and a pleasure to work with. My dad was thoroughly pleased with the look of his refreshed car and was amazed it was even possible to get it to look that beige without replacing the seats! Reasonably priced and nice. I'd definitely reach out to him again in the future. read more

Jay did a FANTASTIC job! I was really impressed with how thorough he was. I needed my car detailed because I am selling it. The vehicle now looks brand new (not kidding). I highly recommend Jay's mobile detail and plan to use him again on my wife's car next week. read more

My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee is well taken care of (except for recently, due to unusual circumstances...), but it was still overdue for a complete detail. I found Jay through a Google search; he returned my call promptly, we agreed on a day and time, he called to confirm, and showed up right on time. He is quite pleasant and eager to please. This guy obviously loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. My car looks like it just left the showroom. I don't think there is any way to describe how great my car looks, inside and out. I was so pleased that I booked him to detail my husband's Altima. He's is in great demand and has a full schedule of regulars, so be prepared to wait a week or two. It's worth the wait! read more

I needed to detail my very dirty car so I could sell it and landed on Jay after reading reviews on Yelp. I'm slightly ashamed to admit how filthy my 2005 Saturn was, but in 3 hours my interior went from black to light tan again lol. He exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend him. read more

I had Jay detail my wife's car. He called to say he would be a few minuets late. That says things to me about what kind of person he is. He showed up and got right to work. He told me the car would look like new, he was not kidding. Inside and out he did a great job. I will definitely keep his phone number handy. I will call him to do my car when it is ready. read more

At first i wasn't fond of the thought of waiting for our car details, but after reading reviews and seeing pics we went with Jay and it was totally worth it. Not only was he on time clean and more than thorough we are having him come back and do two more full details on our other cars. I would recommend Jay anytime. Incase your wondering he detailed our Camero and Rubicon and unlike most detail places we didn't feel like our cars were on a detail line with cars waiting he really took his time and made them look new again. read more

Called Jay to have my wife's an car detailed. We had to wait for 2 weeks to get an appointment with him. Glad we waited, the results were awesome. He detailed every part of the car, even under the hood. read more

Very friendly. Did a great job detailing my old vehicle. Was very upfront at what he thought would and would not come out (vehicle is almost 18 years old). All in all we are very pleased with the job he did on our car and would highly recommend. Does a better job and is more reasonable than stationary car washes. read more

I found Jay through word of mouth. I was able to make an appointment for a full inside and out car detail within the week. He showed up with another gentleman on time. They were both so professional, thorough, and at one point he had me come out to see the amount of dirt his shampoo machine was able to extract from my dirty trunk carpet. He assumed it was coffee but it was actually motor oil! An entire 2qt bottle had spilled in my trunk at one point and his magical machine was able to extract it all from the carpet. I was so very happy with how my 2009 Kia optima turned out. I will definitely be calling him again! read more

Found Jay on Google and Yelp had a gut feeling about this guy compared to all the others, called him up and was sold in 30 seconds he addressed my needs shot me a price that was lower than expected so I booked an appointment. He was very punctual and the service he performed including the end result surpassed my expectations, his attention to detail is only surpassed by the quality of his work. This guy is the real deal and I highly recommend his services. Thanks, Jay, extremely satisfied customer Gregg Mahin read more

I was extremely impressed with the job that Jay and his colleague did. I had never tried a mobile detailing service before but found Jay on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Scheduling the service over the phone was a breeze and the price Jay quoted for a full exterior and interior detail job was very reasonable. The guys showed up on time, were very professional, and took the time to do a perfect job. I rarely wash my car so this was quite a big job. It was so convenient for me and I was so pleased with the quality of work that I plan on calling Jay for routine car washes from now on. Highly recommended!!! read more

Very pleased with Jays auto detailing service. I had my Toyota Tundra fully detailed inside and out. It was so dirty and I mean filthy but mind you this vehicle is used on a construction site so it was covered in dirt. But Jay and his team managed to get it in tip top shape and looking like it was fresh out the lot. Amazing service, and a job well done. I will definitely be a returning customer! read more

Jay is the most detail oriented and thorough car detailer I've met. He did an excellent job on fully detailing my Porsche....it was sparkly clean afterwards. He even cleaned the headliner, got all the patina off the leather seats. On top of that he is a super nice guy and his prices beat most of the other guys. I'd fully recommend him. read more

This is the third time I have used Jays detailing service. Outstanding!! He is so professional, on time and pays attention to detail. He just finished detailing my fathers Lexus SUV. My father no longer drives, but there were so many dings and scratches on the car and you can hardly see them now. Jay is a miracle worker and so good at this profession. The car looks like new! I HIGHLY recommend his service! read more

My nieces dog had pooped on her front seat of her truck and was looking to see if I could get someone to clean it? So I googled and found good reviews for Jay's Mobile Detailing on Yelp. Called too see if he could come out today? he said, he had a job but if I just needed the one seat he would fit me in. So he did and did a great job and quick. Very reasonable, Highly recommend , will have him come out to do my other cars full detailing. Thanks Jay! read more

I can't say enough about Jay and his work. He made my 2014 Mustang look like it just came off the show room floor. I recommend him and his service. He pays so much to detail. Thank You Jay. I will call you again. Just gave out Jay's number to others because they liked the job he did. read more

Thanks to Jay my SUV looks as good as it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot. I'd taken my car on a cross country trip and basically lived in my car for three weeks. You can imagine what it looked like by the time we got home. Jay was able to erase all the spills and dirt that always happen on long road trips. The exterior had a few scraps and was sand blasted going through New Mexico. He was able to erase a lot of the damage. I will definitely be calling him next time I'm ready for a car wash. His charge it comparable to the local car washes and he'll come to me, a win win! read more

This is not a review on how well Jay's can clean cars. This is a review on the fact I saw someone in Jay's van this morning in Corona almost hit a car. It seems like road rage as the driver sped up at another car and almost side swiped a car and honked at them. Not professional and scary. read more

Jay did a great job cleaning my very dirty car. It had been a difficult year and my car had been neglected. With the difficulties we were selling our house so my car took many trips to goodwill for drop offs. On top of that kids were in my car many times with food and hockey equipment. Then I tried to do a quick vacuum and wash at this car wash and the car wash broke off my spoiler in the back of my car and wouldn't pay to have it fixed. So it took awhile for me to get it fixed and there was a hole where the equipment ran through so I still couldn't wash my car. Needless to say it was a dirty mess and I was excited to have it cleaned. The only thing I can say negative is that Jay repeated over and over that he didn't realize it would be this bad. It took an hour for him and another person. I almost doubled the payment for the tip to cover the frustration but I think as a professional courtesy I only needed to hear it twice that it was worse than he thought. I did not count that off as he did do a 5 star job. I'm just not sure I would have him back because my car will always be scarier than a person who works every day. :) read more

I had my Toyota sequoia detailed by Jay last week. It had not been detailed in 5 years. I have 3 boys and we use this truck constantly. Although we don't eat or drink in it, it still gets pretty dirty. The carpets and seats needed a really good cleaning. The motor and exterior have never been cleaned properly. Jay did an amazing job! The truck looks incredible. Most detailers would not take the time Jay did to make it look so good. He went through every crack and crevice on the interior and it looks as good or better than new! I am extremely impressed with his work ethic and the quality of his work. I waited almost 2 weeks for an opening in Jays schedule because I wanted the best detailer for my money. The wait was well worth it. If you take anything away from this review it should be that. Jay is busy and booked for a good reason. He is and excellent detailer. I suggest you book an opening with him and wait until he is available. SO WORTH THE WAIT! read more
