Can not say the same for our insurance adjusters but that's a different review. :-) Tim kept in contact with us over the two month period (the wait was due to the insurance company, not RR). He spoke to the insurance company multiple times to try to help us move the process along and even met with the adjuster at our house in case they had questions. When we received the estimate from our insurance company saying what they would cover, Tim caught that they did not include shingles on the estimate, making it appear our out of pocket was going to be MUCH higher than what we thought. Someone bid the job, but then the crew that did the work were 3 young men with little experience and no supervision. Courses not straight should have been a clue. The shingles hadn't even been nailed down properly. The owner was a real bad character to deal with; angry, mean, and dishonest. I had someone from Steve's come out to check on poor work and he just shrugged and said to call when the damage occurred and they would fix it AT A COST, also they don't pay for water damage caused by their shoddy workmanship. Stay far away from Steve's, they will destroy your home.
