En route to my appointment, 20 mins before my appointment!, I get a text-not even a call, but a text, stating my appointment was cancelled. No explanation and no apology was given. I replied and stated that cancelling my appointment, 20 mins before the appointment, was unacceptable. Meghan stated that she'd try to squeeze me in with Chloe. Then, for whatever reason nastily reminded me of her no call, no show policy. So crazy since she cancelled on me!!!!!! But, I headed to the salon, 'cause i needed the service, and it was too late to scramble to find someone else. Chloe was very busy so Latasha took pity on me and she did a super job. Thank you, girl! The experience is so unprofessional. So disrespectful. So rude. I would NEVER go back. My money is better spent elsewhere. Disrespectful as he##!!

The artist Kel aka YETI made me feel like a complete inconvenience the whole time i was there. I…read moreknow my session was long but very unprofessional regardless of my relationship with him. I wanted my tattoos custom because they are on my body forever and i was told they are "too hard" and had to settle for different things. I went in knowing he was a newer artist, but he charged me more a long the lines of a more advanced artist. Especially for the work done. Lines are not straight on all three and one he went way too deep into my skin. Artist claims its because i didn't care for it properly but i took care of all three that i got that day, the same way, at the same time everyday. I even wrapped them extra at home after taking the initial wrap off. I have got tattoos for the last 6 years and know how to treat them with a total of 9. He didn't own up to his mistake, won't compensate this issue. He is still choosing to ignore it. I dont recommend this place. The whole environment looked unclean and unprofessional. Also, they are all sexist neo nazi supporting men with swastika tattoos. So good luck.
