They get to decide how long you wait between when those hairs grow back. They get to define what the boarders of your treatment area are. They will ask you your percent reduction and then tell you you've graduated, even with 20 hairs left. Maybe this works well for 20 year olds. But perimenopausal hair growth isn't linear and they treat everyone the same. Yes, I have hair reduction. But they get really skimpy on helping you after your initial work.

I will add pictures to show you what I look like after my accident and even after a few months you can see the permanent scar I was left with along with the sagging in my skin that was not resolved with the full face pdo thread lift. She simply told me someone else would get back with me in regards of the missing paid threads I never received.

On the way to the appointment they called saying they were running late by 30 min, which to me was no big deal. They asked if I wanted to cancel, I didn't. Looking back, I think this was them trying to get me to cancel. Once I met with the aesthetician, she told me that a chemical peel was "bottom of the barrel" and "a waste of your money, because you're going to be disappointed with the results." She then recommended $3800+ worth of moxie and other services, none of which could be done during my appointment. She also said that after those recommended treatments I would still be disappointed with the results, and would need additional expensive treatments. I left feeling very disappointed and self-conscious. I do appreciate the honesty of this conversation, but it was still incredibly disappointing and wasted my evening. It kind of felt like the aesthetician just wanted to be done with her day. It also felt like they were using the visia results to scare me into buying their treatment plan. At no time was anyone rude, she was very kind and direct. I've had an excellent experience with a hydrafacial in the past at the spa. I think it would be beneficial for them to ask what your skincare goals are, instead of just assuming that you're looking for flawlessness. I have no expectation that my skin will ever be free from signs of sun, as I am outside every day. Mixed feelings on if I'll return.
