After almost a week didn't get the email so I called they said they have been busy and will get it to me that day. Never got it. Several days later still nothing so I called and the same run around. Never got it again. Finally 2 weeks after dropping off I call 2 times in 1 day and finally get the proof emailed to me. But I still had to call the next day to get them to work on the engraving. When they finally finish and I pick up ( after calling 4 times to get a proof 2 weeks late and once to get them to start work) I got it only 5 days after they said it would be done. The guy I the store tells me "at least it's still 2 weeks before your event" I brought my business to you early so I wouldn't have a time problem. I never should have had to call you to get you to do your job. I will never do business with again.
