We love Jaycee Cleaning! Diane is always prompt with responding to my cleaning requests. She's been great at fitting us into her schedule, even in busy weeks and close to holidays. We've had several house cleanings now and they have always done a great job. We have 2 dogs and I know it's a pain to deal with all the dog hair on our rugs, couches and carpet, but the place is always looking and smelling great when they are done. NO SHOW. NO CALLS. NO UPDATES. If zero star is possible that would have been my score for this business. I purchased a voucher last year from amazon for a two hour cleaning, contacted them end of December to schedule and they've given me a Saturday schedule this January. By the way, they even confirmed my voucher purchase. I didn't hear from them after the email confirmation I've received. Nothing. Zip! I emailed and called them to check. They don't have the decency to answer their phone nor their emails. They claim to be working 7 days a week, 6am to 6pm or at least that's what the Amazon rep told me but its hard to get a hold of anyone. I also called their office a day before but again no answer. Thankfully I purchased the voucher from Amazon and they issued me a refund. I will not call them again. I will not waste another Saturday waiting for them. ***I got an email from the owner, Jessica at the time when my appointment is supposed to end. It's just wrong to contact your customer after. I have been looking around for a regular cleaning service and found Jaycee Cleaning through an online coupon. The girl showed up right on time. I was a little put off at first because she seemed pretty young, but that quickly disappeared. She was spending forever in the bathroom and when I peeked in to see why I was totally amazed... the was cleaning every little surface... even around the bathroom door where the dogs press their faces to try and open it when I'm taking a shower. She timed everything thing pretty well to spend enough time in each room and get everything finished right on time. She did a really great job and I was very sad to let my dogs back in the house after she left knowing they would start getting things dirty again. read more

Unfortunately, this could have been a little higher rating, had the owner been respectful enough to respond to my email. Jessica is quick to reply when you're seeking service, but you won't hear back again if there's an issue! I emailed her a week ago regarding my initial cleaning, which I specifically clarified beforehand that certain things would be done. - Pictures on the walls weren't dusted; one in our room even has cobwebs on it - Things were dusted around, but not moved or dusted themselves (bookshelf in living room, items in bedroom, etc.). Some shelves weren't even touched... - Easy stuff wasn't lifted or moved for vacuuming, so there's dog hair still lingering on the floor (example - small suitcase on wheels) - Ceiling fans not cleaned - Top of fridge not wiped (very dusty on top) - SUPER important to me: Window sills/tracks not cleaned, which we discussed! And bedroom windows weren't even touched--not even a light dusting of the blinds. - Wall heater not cleaned - I could go on... I thought the initial cleaning was to get the detail work done, but even basics were missed. If it was solely a lack of time, I'd have had no problem paying them to stay longer or to come back another day to finish. But #1, nothing was said and #2, I don't think it was just a time issue, as simple things weren't done and the work was inconsistent. Such a bummer.... I was hoping to find someone for monthly or bi-monthly service. Could have been saved, though, had the owner tried to resolve the issue or simply replied--things happen but it's bad business to ignore people. read more

Call for cleaning within 24 hours had two men and a deep cleaning done on my apartment. The gentleman that showed up were very nice. Easy to work with. They clean the kitchen remarkably. Finding a great house cleaning company is very hard so we were more than delighted to find Jaycee. They were incredibly professional, they answered their phone ( not the norm anymore ), replied to emails within minutes, showed up exactly on time, listened to what we wanted and then did it beyond expectations. The uniforms and insurance are another professional touch sadly lacking in 90% of the other companies. Their prices were very fair, less than most of the other places I had called or used before.
