I must say that Jay has helped me out a lot. Being in the military is tough and even more so being in a combat MOS like 11Bravo (Infantry). I was almost at the end of my service contract--I had 9 months before I was out and I was feeling lost. I didn't know what I was going to do, whether it was re-up or get out, and if I got out, I had NO idea what I was going to do. A common friend said that I should talk to Jay. I thought to myself: "A life coach? What the heck is that? Seems like a waste of money." I have had a few great sessions with Jay where I started understanding why I have habitually acted in certain patterns: in my case stuck on trying to make decisions. He had me visualize and describe the scenario of the anxiety I feel when I am waffling over an issue and then where I wanted to go.
