Secondly, we arrived for our appointment and were not brought to a back room until 20 minutes after our appointment time. We then sat in a back room for another 35 minutes with zero update until I decided to complain. After complaining it was an additional 10 minutes before the doctor came in. We were seen for 10 minutes and then told my child needed a cast. Waited in the room another 25 minutes before being taken to another office within the building. We had to wait in a line to check in for the cast again and then seated for another 10 minutes. We weren't actually in a cast room until one hour and 40 minutes past appointment time. We were told there was some issue that caused a backup but either way this was completely unprofessional. We went beyond 2 hours of our appointment time before leaving. I understand some delays but this was a horrible experience and unfortunately caused my wife to be late to work. I explained to staff my wife had to be at work by 11 and there was zero rush or effort to accommodate. If I could give the service and time a zero I would. Staff was friendly otherwise....but don't go here expecting to be dealt with in a timely manner.

He was absolutely nowhere to be found afterwards and nobody would put us in contact with him.
