My second visit at Fall Creek Dental with Dr. McFadden was such a welcome surprise. Always before, at other dentists, although they use the numbing gel first, the numbing shot still stings at least. However, when Dr. McFadden numbed my gums, I did not even feel the needle, let alone the shot. I was amazed. She pulled my tooth and I never felt any pain afterwards. We were having a old root canal extracted and she couldn't get one of the roots. Had to take another x-ray to check if she got it all. Half of one of the roots was still intact. She dug around a little more and got a small chunk out and said, "alright, we're going to stitch you up now" and I said can you get another x-ray to make sure and she said yes. They did another x-ray and there was still a very large chunk of tooth left. She was about to stitch the patient up with a large chunk of infected tooth still in his gums. This greatly worries me that she would be this careless and unprofessional at her job. At least take an x-ray that takes less than 20 seconds to make sure you completed what we paid you 500 dollars to do.
