Jay Honda will always be where I go to purchase a vehicle, and get service done. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The water, coffee, and snacks is a plus, too! read more

If you need service on your car RUN in the opposite direction. Horrible experience. Emissions light came on. They fixed. Cost was $500. 45 days later it came back on. I took back in 2 more times. The manager proceeded to tell me it would cost $350 more dollars just to run more tests. No empathy. No self reflection In maybe they misdiagnosed the first time. Horrible customer service. I asked for a refund but they denied. You've been warned. read more

Today our household took delivery of the eighth vehicle from Jay Honda since 2000. It is testament to our satisfaction with both Honda, the brand, and Jay, the dealership, that we have dealt exclusively with Jay Honda for 20 years. Our extremely helpful sales team for the past three transactions has been Tony Spitalieri and Rob Logan. Both Tony and Rob are attentive to the concerns of the customer and return calls promptly. We highly recommend the services of Tony and Rob, whose excellence matches the high quality of the vehicles they sell. read more

Bought a used truck here. Drove it home and the engine light came on. Had to leave work early to take it back. They could not even look at it as it was a Ford. They had to take it to Ford Dealer for service. Turns out, as I suggested it was something simple that their mechanic could've handled, but I had to come back the next day. They said they would call when ready. They did not. My drive is 45 minutes each way...no regard for my time. When I called they said I could pick up at any time they are here till 6. So, left work early again...got to the dealership, and they had not gone to get it yet. Absolutely no regard for my time! Piss poor service. Their salesman had said they would bring the truck to me, but that was incorrect...not a happy camper. These guys do not care about service... read more

I got my last two used cars (in 2007 and again in 2011) from here and I must say that I love Hondas. Very reliable cars. The manager of this dealership knows his stuff, very courteous and willing to do anything to make clients happy with their purchase. For him alone, I would recommend getting your car from here. However, an incident with getting my second Honda is the reason why this dealership will not get five stars. It starts off with the salesman, Rick the Dick, who sold us the car, not at the value but at $2500 cheaper since they failed to price the car already. So far, so good. But Rick was a complete ass since we told him to have the car cleaned out and everything checked before driving it out. There was old Halloween candy scattered all over the trunk, the spare key was missing and the radio did not work. Since the salesman gave us an attitude and the financial officer was also a lying prick, we promptly placed a stopped payment onto the check. When they found out they were not getting paid until everything was checked, they decided to play ball then. But even with Rick the Prick's "apology", I would still steer away from this man. He is dishonest and only cares about the sale rather than the customer. Overall, stand your ground when dealing with salesman, accept no tomfoolery from the financial officer, try to find the manager and always place a stopped payment on the check and refuse to pay until everything is on the up and up. read more

The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had. My dealer went out of his way to ensure that I got the "best bang for my buck". His attention to detail in combination with the finance department allowed me to drive away with an excellent and reliable car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade their car and remain in budget to do so. The staff gave me more that I can ever ask for and I am grateful for my experience. Thank you Jay Honda read more

Had the car deposited and financing check in hands...They sold the car to SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and sneaky!

I purchased my latest car here and I must say it was a good experience. I had walked in 5 minutes before they closed and the manager helped me while everyone else left for the day. I'm sure it was bc he didn't want to miss a sale but I really appreciated. I was able to test drive the car and look at other options. And when I went back he asked how the car and I were doing. I really appreciated how personal he made the whole experience. Even gave me some advice in regards to purchasing my next car. read more

Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jay Honda and my salesman Rick was great! Very easy to get ahold of considering I lived in a different state and accommodating. Took care of all paperwork with Joe who was also great. Highly recommended read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The service department will nickle and dime you to death and even a simple oil change takes them an hour and a half. Also, I hit a pot hole and needed a new tire and rim which they replaced. The next day a yellow light popped on telling me a Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensor was broken. I could not get back up there for a while and when I returned they said I waited too long to tell them they broke it and charged me $200 to fix it. read more
