However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I should have looked at YELP reviews before committing to being a patient for years and Invisalign . Samia Nikkah is the MOST RUDE and unprofessional dentist , I have experienced . Her office staff is incredibly rude as well . With 2 insurances , I was coming over 4 times a year for cleaning . Also, I spent my lifetime orthodontic insurance and $5,500 on Invisalign . They are constantly trying to upsell you when they don't have the staff or time ! Stop accepting patients when you don't have time . Samia Nikkah did NOT even get a mirror and ask me how my final Invisalign product was and it I liked it ! She removed my previous metal bar that was $275 and lasted for 15 + years only for her to replace the bar and for it to fall out after 3 days ! HORRIFIC service and horrible in emails when you simply ask questions about the premium service and process ! Once Elaine left as the office manager , it was downhill. Dr. Gamson is gifted - finding common interests to distract patients in a charming manner - and at the same time explaining what he is doing and what to expect. Also, it's clear he's a top notch expert when it comes to root canals. I had no pain during the procedure - just a bit of sting with the shots. The root canal immediately addressed the radiating pain. I was so relieved that an experience I expected to be horrible was not - and I enjoyed Dr. Gamson's charming chatter, which distracted me from my fears. The office staff was efficient and helped me understand the insurance coverage situation. Also, the office and treatment rooms have unique art displayed that I enjoyed learning about.
