Got in within a couple of weeks for a physical. Staff were good, doc (physician's assistant actually) was great. Listened patiently, had some good advice. Had some issues (I forgot paperwork, had to get blood draw, etc.,) and they were sorted out quickly, online and with phone calls.

Stay away from Marc Serve. In the two years that I saw him he was extremely unhelpful…read more First off I was having an issue with joint pain in my hands. I must have brought it up to him five or six times and every time he would barely examine me before essentially shrugging his shoulders and saying "I dont know". Eventually I started asking him for a referral to a specialist or maybe some x-rays to find the problem. He refused to give me any referral and even said X-rays were unnecessary. So eventually I went just scheduled an appointment at another specialist on my own. Had to wait a long time for an appointment, but the first thing they did was order an x-ray. A week later I had a diagnosis and was scheduled for physical therapy. Two years of begging Dr Serve for help and all I needed was an x-ray and a very simple physical therapy plan (playing with therapy putty for a few minutes a day). Next off, and way more concerning. I had some moles appear a couple years ago. I asked Dr Serve to take a look at them and it took him all of three seconds to say they looked fine and there was nothing to worry about... Except it turns out there was something to be concerned about. I started seeing a new Dr who immediately referred a dermatologist without me even bringing it up. I got the results back and turns out one of them was not atypical. Long story short, i have Been living with a mole that needs excised for two years now, in other words potential skin cancer. Do NOT trust this man with your healthcare.

I scheduled an appointment to see my rheumatologist after an inflammation flare up and she was…read morerandomly at this office, instead of where I normally see her in Upper Arlington. While it was a little further away, I was just glad I could get in relatively fast. I only had to schedule about a week or so out. The directions were simple and it was easy to find, right off 270. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment, which is the time repeated over and over again on voicemails and emails, and was checked in right away. They gave me a surgical mask, took my temperature, verified all my insurance and information, and took my co-pay. I filled out a form and waited for roughly five minutes before a nurse took me to a room and covered my medications, allergies, etc. My appointment started right on time and took about an hour (typical for these types of appointments). The place was sparkling clean, the entire staff was friendly and while everyone had masks on, I could tell they were smiling and empathetic to the situation we've all been in the past several months. Overall, this office was a little further, but it had everything I needed and I wouldn't mind coming here again.

I asked them to check since I am on Medicare and have a supplemental. They called back to verify the appointment, I asked if they checked insurance and I was assured that I met the deductible and to come in at NO EXTRA Cost. I arrived today filled out more paperwork even though I completed paperwork online. Then they called my name and said I had a copay of $300. I said What? I was told there would be no extra payment needed! Very disappointed! It's hard enough to pay for Medicare and a supplemental and then get hit with an additional $300. Unbelievable!! I left...

So I chose to move to Dr. Scott Bagentose (the son). The timeline to get an appointment as a new patient is 1 year out. Currently their scheduling for may/june/July of 2020 (it is October 2019) no matter the doctor or the office. So I had to find another practice because this practice can't manage the patient volume. To transfer, I need a referral from the treating physician. Called Dr Scotts nurse explaining the situation and asking for the referral. In fact, I left SEVERAL messages over the course of 30 days. She NEVER returned my call. I finally called into the office and spoke to her on the phone, explained the situation to which she said "we are not going to refer you to our competitor". WHAT? Without the referral I cannot get medical treatment for my allergies. I can't get an appointment from this office anytime soon either. I literally lost it on the phone. This is THE MOST UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I've ever experience. Dr Abner Bagentose would be appalled if he knew. I reported them to the state medical board. Avoid this place at all costs!!
