He took several measurements the tape measure and that was it. Can't argue with the results though. When I first tried on my altered shirts, they were very well-fitted; too fitted, actually. See, they would've been perfect for leisure, but I actually like my office shirts to have more relaxed fit. When I pointed this out he readily agreed to fix it. Other than the miscommunication about the fit, everything was great. The owner was friendly and did fast work. The store was a bit messy, but that's because he's in the middle of expanding the place.
