I called them and let them now that I was still having a problem, not only did they take 6 hours to respond back to my message but they pretty much told me "their was nothing they could do about it" after they told me this was the problem. I go to school 2 hours away and was only home for the weekend. Fixing the windshield promptly was at the top of my priority list. Unfortunately,​ with Safelight, they did not have any available appointments until a week later. Caribe was able to come to​ my house and fix the windshield on​ the same day that I called. They were able to assist in calling my insurance company to work out the price and logistics. It is incredible that this company accepts ALL insurance companies. This means that they will accept the price proposed by the insurance company to fix the issue on hand, even though they are "out of network". I am extremely grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and speediness in replacing my windshield!
