Horrible customer service, the employees have no idea what is going on. Seems like no one has trained them to even manage the register. The website information does not give accurate times for delivery but regardless of an error on their part they took no responsibility. The employee that I talked to Brittany on the phone was rude and completely ignorant when it came to fixing a problem that they were responsible for. I'm beyond pissed. Don't buy from this store. The word INCOMPETENT is the only word that comes to mind when I think of Jaxx. read more

Worst delivery experience of my life. I spent four hours waiting for a delivery that supposedly 30-60 minutes away. They provided a ton of inaccurate information online, provided even more inaccurate information when I called to follow up, and then gave me a bunch of excuses and BS when I called in instead of just owning the problem. read more

Friendly service, wide variety of products and reasonable prices. Great edibles. State and federal taxes took 1/3 of my purchase, but that's not the fault of the Dispensary. read more

Been a customer for years and am very happy with the quality of products and the people here are just great! Very low turnover so at this point they really feel like the neighbors they are. Jaxx has fabulous deals and everyday prices are very good. Jaxx meets my standards for awesome people who love what they do and do it very well! read more

Great customer service from Jacob He was very patient. Very knowledgeable. He knew the products and was able to help me find the things I was looking for. He took the time to explain content and effects so I was informed on what I was getting. I am definitely returning back to this shop. Ask for Jacob. read more

Use to like this place till they hired some coke head girl britnie. Nose is destroyed and leaks like a faucet with a powdered donut around her nose. Im sure plenty of people see what i saw. Yacked out seriously couldnt stay still let alone not touch her nose thats busted obviously red split , its gross. Shes touching my medicine to hand me?? Gross! Hold the coke snot please.Didn't know jaxx started hiring coke heads as tenders. Pluss she can't never get an order right, rude, stuck up, know it all, hitting on customers, hygiene not the best, total pick me girl, not friendly, doesnt know jaxx about cannabis, let alone what the customer wants or a patient needs. Even callled in for delivery that was joke on her part the order was totally incorrect, Doesnt know the difference of concentrates passing off some trash distillate as rosin and premium flower giving some outdoor boof that i dont prefer. Cannabis is about helping people, not looking like she walked into work off a bender then trying sell on something i dont want. Really gives this place a bad name and the industry, thats shame. Im sure the owner doesnt appreciate this thinning its presentable. Will be taking myself else where for now if shes bud tending. Sounds like ill be going to off the charts now thanks to BRITNIE. If inwas the owner id fire her and replace her with someone who can actually be what this buisness and industry needs as well. Not some chick thinking shes top tier when shes so mid inside and outside also mentally. Like who you think you are? Bye Felicia. Seriously jaxx I miss a few of the old bud tenders so nice and helpful and knowledgeable before got there read more

Excellent customer service and friendly people all around. Great products too. Will be back

Insanely overpriced (assuming due to location?) spent $53 for a stiizy cartridge priced $23 everywhere else. Lady up front was super nice though! Cashier needs customer service/attitude training (remember you're facing clients that give your boss business brother ) read more

Love this place. Easy to find, friendly people & a great selection. Their shop is spotless and we enjoyed the vibe!

We used to love it here. I was even a VIP at one point. After our last big cartridge purchase we hadn't been back in a while. We bought 4 cartridges... they were shit and 2 of them didn't even work... they wouldn't replace them. We went back recently to give them another try... never again. They won't show you the wax and advertise it as shatter... read more

Jaxx Cannabis - "Shatter" you should be embarrassed. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Ramona, California

So your up in Ramona and are looking for some Tasty nugs or potent vape carts to kick off the weekend then you need to check out this great shop. Let me get straight to the point and tell you why I would stop by olive tree wellness. 1.) Limited wait times 2.) Unmatched prices from flower to Heavy Hitters 1g carts (try out Malibu OG) and there is pretty much always a deal going on. 3.) 1 on 1 professional staff that take the time to help you choose the right product to fit your needs. Ask for Alyse or Tom given they are a powerhouse of information. As an added kicker they also work with cancer researchers to help hold open forum (and free) medical Q & As with leading industry professionals. Cool... This is an all-around great place to be and not to mention I just found out they now deliver which means you don't even have to leave your house to get medicated. read more

Jaxx Cannabis - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Ramona, California

RIP OFF ALERT...I drove 25 miles to take advantage of the special deals they offer. When I arrive they just happen to be "out" of the $69 ounces..."out" of the $4.20 1/8ths... "out" of the $99 1/2 ounces on their menu. But, they'll sell me an1/8 of the same weed for $55. Nice. I left a previous negative review which disappeared . What's up with that? Try the other store in Ramona... maybe they are honest. read more

I really, really like this dispensary. I'll tell you why! Super clean and really cool atmosphere. Great customer service. Eveyone is super friendly and helpful. I've been to several dispensary's in San Diego and Olive Tree Wellness is my top pick... Why do I say this? 1. Very fair prices in their flower and Vapes 2. Great selection of products without being overwhelmed. 3. Very knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to keep you happy. I was looking for one particular strain of a vapor product and they were out of it. I left them m phone number and they called me a couple of weeks later and told me they had received more of that strain. I immediately went up and bot a two month supply. ( I won't say what strain as I don't want it to sell out before I get up there. ) Its a great dispensary. Period! SF from Escondido. read more

This place will rip you off at every corner. Jaxx sent out their specials email and I made the trip over. I asked for the deal on the King cartridge which was buy one get one, Jaxx charged me 4.20 on the second cartridge. I will be sending a copy of my receipt along with their email advertisement to the California Attorney Generals office, nothing like taking advantage of a disabled veteran. read more

Jaxx Cannabis - This is deceptive advertising and a great legal case if anyone else has been defrauded by jaxx. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Ramona, California

This is the best place in Ramona. The people are fantastic, every visit is enjoyable and they are typically very well stocked. The place is also quick. Not that they try to rush you, they just make good suggestions to people that might not know what they are looking for. I'm thankful for that. Try this place, you'll like it. read more

I heard about Olive Tree from their ad in the Reader. I was sick of the same old stuff in SD and was on my way to Warner Springs when I decided to stop in and check it out. I was pretty blown away! It has very discreet exterior... which I love! No guys waving signs saying "FREE !" Lol but holy moly! When you walk in! The place is beautiful! It looks like a high end watch store! The front desk is super sweet and then they take you into a diff room to see the flower. I brought up the add in the Reader- POGO. Pick one 1/8th get one 1/8th for free.... imagine my surprise when he tells me that the deal is ALWAYS! Awesome! AAAAAAANNNNNNDDDD... bc is was my first time there... the special is Pick One Get TWO! I got 3 1/8ths for the price of one!! I also picked up one of their HI-CHI pens... I love that it's not that's super harsh vape... it's nice and mellow. To sum it up- beautiful interior, great customer service but the most important... amazing flower. Do yourself a favor and check out Olive Tree!! read more

Olive Tree Wellness Center is probably the best place you're ever gonna find anywhere! Everyone there is super, super awesome! They are super knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and wonderfully caring. Going for a visit there is like going over to an friend's house to hang out and catch up. Jaxx is the best shop not only they have great customer service they have the best deals in town. This is the only shop that I go to and I live in Oceanside but it is so worth it. I have so many shops that I can go close by but You never know what your smoking with these other shops. Thanks Jaxx for always giving me the good quality meds for low price. read more

This place may have great prices and really nice people but I just can't support a dispensary that does not do its due diligence. it must not have researched California law before it charged an illegal excise tax rate of 24%. OTWC has since been forced to lower the excise tax rate it charges. If you don't believe me check any of OTWC's receipts you may still have that are dated prior to October of 2019. I can prove what I write here. However I am not advocating that anyone stop supporting them; we need to have them here. Just keep an eye open please. read more

I was very happy and surprised to find this wonderful dispensary in Ramona! The atmosphere is great not to mention the lovely drive from North county. Budtender Thomas was very helpful and explained the strains in detail.
