I left them m phone number and they called me a couple of weeks later and told me they had received more of that strain. I immediately went up and bot a two month supply. Worst delivery experience of my life. I spent four hours waiting for a delivery that supposedly 30-60 minutes away. They provided a ton of inaccurate information online, provided even more inaccurate information when I called to follow up, and then gave me a bunch of excuses and BS when I called in instead of just owning the problem. read more

This place may have great prices and really nice people but I just can't support a dispensary that does not do its due diligence. it must not have researched California law before it charged an illegal excise tax rate of 24%. OTWC has since been forced to lower the excise tax rate it charges. If you don't believe me check any of OTWC's receipts you may still have that are dated prior to October of 2019.
