THE COMPANY GETS 5 STARS…read more.. Changing my Star rating from my first review in April 2024 for the crew that did the Siding and Soffits from 5 Stars to 1 Star. They don't work for Roach anymore. It is March 13, 2026 and they were here again about 2 - 3 weeks ago to fix the soffits again and now with strong winds the large triangle at the peak of my house (Historic Committee said they had to put it up there) has come down. Hoping we don't get rain, because it will probably leak down my walls. My husband left a message, just waiting to see if they call back Monday. Someone from Roach came by today (March 14, 2026) and said that they would put the piece back up. Apparently the crew that put it up in 2023 used nails that was too small.

April 4th we experienced a hail storm. A couple of days later I noticed water running out from under our siding and it had not rained for more than 24 hours. We phoned Dave and he was unable to get to our office until after we closed. Due to the storm in the area he checked the roof and was at the office the next morning to tell us what he had found. We reported to our insurance company, he met the insurance adjuster, he scheduled for everything to be done and he worked around the criteria we needed worked around at our office and we not have a beautiful new roof. Paid Dave what he had us sign a contract stating how much we needed to pay him but then kept asking for money up front because he wasn't making any money by doing our house. "What?" As a matter of fact Dave said the day b4 they were supposed to be done, can you pay the rest of what owed? I need to pay my workers. And it sound like he didn't pay them at all (or at least not all of what he owed his workers) We do thank him for leaving tools all around our house that we kept finding, I guess they're ours now. When hiring someone to do your house; make sure to ask if the workers are legal to work in the United States? If not tell them to get the H### off your property. As for the warranty on the roof and siding that was put on; there won't be any warranty's if the contractor is gone.

Then one of their contractors told us the roof wasn't in need of a whole repair, just a small amount. When we tried to see about getting money back they kept the deposit (over 7K) and said we signed a contract. Would definitely not recommend.
