One of the owners Max was there both nights we went and we were impressed by his attentiveness, kindness and the pride he took in the bar and drinks he was serving. He was so passionate that it was contagious; seriously - if someone was giving out tattoos I probably would have gotten a Ratafia tattoo on the spot and signed up to be a groupie. The most impressive thing Max pulled of was the fact that he made a gin drink (Clover Club) that my husband actually liked even though he's sworn off gin since a night of drinking and getting sick off of it in high school! I couldn't believe it. He took the time to explain the ingredients in the drinks, why they work and was even making the fresh ingredients for the drinks while we were there (raspberry syrup, chickpea water, etc.). We also had a charcuterie board one of the nights and it was fresh and great compliment to the drinks.
