Chill still. *PINEAPPLE PETE'S* does not have a yelp. Adding my review here. We got takeout and wifey does not eat seafood. She got classic chicken fingers and they were delicious. We drove 5mins back to our space and it was still crispy and warm. GREAT honey mustard if that's your thing! The stuffed shrimp were cooked perfectly. The crab stuffing was more stuffing than crab. Appetizer size. Still fresh shrimp, good size. Well seasoned. The rhum crème brûlée was perfect. Crispy crackly crust. Sweet and fluffy thick custard. *if you promise to bring the ramekin back, maybe they let you take it to go* I'd return and this time try Wasabi Charlie too! read more

AUC STUDENTS: GO ON MONDAYS! 30% off everything! And Pineapple Pete is a sister restaurant, you can ask for anything on their menu to be brought to your table (the Canadian approves poutine). The first time I was here, my friend and I ordered the poutine and some specialty rolls. The poutine was actually really good. Weren't any cheese curds, instead they used shredded cheese which just made it more gooey so it was fine with me. All the specialty rolls I've tried are delicious but expensive. But that's the island life for you. The last time I was there, we opted for the hibachi grill and it was phenomenal. Our chef was entertaining and generous. My boyfriend and I split the chicken salmon combo and added fried rice. White rice is included in the meal free of charge, that wasn't too clear on the menu. The roasted veggies were great, there was a good variety unlike in the US where they load up on onions and cabbage. Highly recommended, esp for my fellow poor med students. read more

Decor very nice. Angry Samurai roll was delicious. The spicy edamame was good. Miso soup was good. Servers a bit clueless but nice. Crab roll not great. When you remember they are all still recovering from a hurricane should be 5 stars. read more
