I was with ACE till Jax's took over and it went from Great with ACE and lousy with JAX'S. They charged my account twice in one month and it was horrible trying to get my money back into my account. When I finally talked to a human (after many calls) the lady was RUDE!! Her name was Kalyn Richerdson. When I say RUDE I mean RUDE not very professional at all!! Disclaimer: Would give this place no stars but was forced to select at least one to post: I've been coming to this location for about 2 months now (we just moved to the area) and decided to get the Unlimited Club Membership. I work from home and my vehicle remains parked in our private driveway and there is no crime activity in our area. I drive about once a week to the Kroger on 13 & Schoenherr and go through this car wash - it's my weekly venture. Last night I went through as usual, and as I was driving to the Kroger I noticed it looked like my windshield wasn't wiped off enough or something because it looked like debris was all over my windshield. I ran my wipers several times and nothing came off and the "debris" was still there. Once I got home, I got out to inspect and noticed there were little tiny chips ALL OVER my windshield. It's literally peppered with them. I contacted the location right away and was told to come in to speak with the manager and file a report. Today I went in and spoke with the manager Dwayne and told him what happened. He was instantly on the defense and denied all of it by repeatedly saying "we don't damage cars". Obviously I understand that is not the business intent but it did happen to my vehicle. We continued to "disagree" and Dwayne offered me zero resolve. He did not file any type of report like I was told would happen. I asked for a full refund on my membership and he told me I would have to contact corporate for the request and he couldn't guarantee I would get one. He actually said multiple times that they were going to do nothing to help. Basically he was discouraging me to try any further action. I did try to call corporate when I left and of course it's Saturday and I was unable to speak with anyone when I called since it's out of their business hours. It is appalling that a business would not offer any solutions to a disgruntled customer, and furthermore tell them they're flat out wrong. It was also said to me "if we damaged it we would fix it". Well Dwayne your car wash did in fact damage my vehicle and you've done nothing. I guess my car wasn't damaged enough for them to worry about. So if you like to get your car washed every day or onfe every alternative day then this place is so worth the money. Its always clean and tidy. Staff is helpful though looks a little angry sometimes but it's probably the nature of the job but usually every one is smiling. The wash is very good and worth every penny. Attendant refused to let me pay at the drive through machine and insisted on taking my card inside because I didn't want to purchase a car wash plan. No one touches my credit cards but me. There's a reason they have machines now and that is because of employee theft! I have had the wash packages on both of my vehicles for over two years. I am very OCD when it comes to my cars and have no issues trusting the care to the employees at this car wash. Having packages on both cars means that I am there pretty regularly throughout the week. Employees are always helpful and never do I feel pressured to tip. Unfortunately though when I do tip (Usually every other time) I feel bad knowing as the days I do that the guys do not get recognized. I know that I will always be greeted with a smile and when finished I am always giving a thumbs up and another smile. Would recommend to anyone read more

I have a brand new 2021 Chevy Blazer and I have been taking my car there for close to a year. Haven't had many issues but a few scuffs on the door that I look past. Talked to the manager Ryan he squared me away. But they still claim that "they don't scratch cars". There's no other marks showing a rock jumped up or something hit it other than the grill is cracked Got my car washed last week and get out to notice my grill is missing pieces. I knew that I hadn't done the damage myself, and when I talked to Ryan he looked at it and told me to go get a quote from Distinctive Collision who does their claims. This was yesterday, and today I get a call this morning him telling me that "there is no way we damaged your car you kept getting car washes after that it's hard to vouch for you" all this nonsense where I would have easily known damage to the grill of brand new car. Something would have had to slammed pretty hard for me to not notice my grill being smashed into. These people aren't good people and they do not take care of their customers. I stumbled across this car wash a few weeks ago. I love that you can take advantage of the free vacuum cleaners which I still have yet to do. This car wash is a tad on the pricier side but they have monthly unlimited car washes for a cheap price. As you leave your car is towel dried by a bunch of teenagers. My teenage daughter loves this because she can hear the boys talking about her. Lol. So, of course we've been back. I've been looking for a decent car wash place since I moved out here 2.5 years ago. My car got damaged in the middle of a car wash by one of those blue rotating rollers. One peace got stuck in between the bumper and black part underneath and it ripped part of my bumper. I went to report it right away and I was told that manager will contact me. Tomorrow i received a call and manager out right denied it. Even though the workers there witnessed the event. During the conversation the Manager told me, if I were to pay for every damage that people report I would run out of money. No integrity what so ever. I go to the location in Eastpointe often to get my car washed. No complaints. Recently went and purchased a card for 4 washes for $20. The next day noticed my credit card was billed twice. Called Corporate and spoke with Ryan who handled the situation quickly. The double charge was already reversed it just took a couple of days for it to show on my credit card. Use to go here all the time when I worked in the area. But I recently moved but was in the area was kinda excited to hit up this wash because I remember how good it was. Boy was I wrong. It was one of the warmer days to the snow began to melt but I had snow built up behind my wheel well. So instead of trying to loosen the snow and ice up with hot water or something. One man processed to kick the absolute shit out of my car. As I was rolling my window down to yell at him, he stopped. Then I was told to pull up into the washing bay. I was never asked what wash I wanted so I just got whatever they wanted to give me. Also snow removal in that matter can really damage the cars paint. I was just really surprised with the disconnect with customer service at this car wash. I won't be stopping here in the future. I'll head up to 12 and Grosebeck if I'm in the area for the car wash in the colder weather. Sad to see this place go so down hill. read more

Highly recommend this wash . Always courteous and helpful. Although they miss my lower rear hatch on our suv occasionally , I still like their car wash . I tell them when they miss the hatch but I know they have a lot on their plate on the busy days. They have multiple locations and their just as professional there.
