I was very happy to stop here Sunday afternoon on my way home from Roseville. My SUV had more salt and a white color than its original. Yes they have Sunday hours! This car wash is always my backup place for my weekly SUV wash. Perfect area right near 94 freeway, so one can get a ultimate Wash in the early morning on way to work or on way home at the end of day. Their operation hours are very convenient 7 days a week! Reasonable three prices based on choice of cleaning due to vehicle's road conditions of dirt or winter salt. Easy access parking lot. After paying at wash entrance, the inside is well-maintained with efficent working machines ready to make your vehicle clean and sparkle with a great shine. This Auto wash uses freshwater, plenty of rainbow colored soap and lots of suds to clean, along with a clear coat of protectant wax and of course the best spot-free rinse cycle that I have seen. The underbody flush and rim cleaner option in the $7.00 choice wash, is wonderful to take care of road salt and grime since I have running boards and expensive aluminum rims. Before exiting is a full strength drying system. Then when exiting, there is a team of two employees to towel dry off car once back in the parking lot. Awesome teamwork guys and of course I tip them for their efforts to wipe off my SUV fast. Also connected to this wash is a Valvoline oil change service center. If you have a vehicle that you don't consider a prize or you are not appreciative of steps taken to avoid scratches, this place really is for you! That's not sarcasm, true statement. First, I will identify my personality as perfectionist on detailing and minimizing any damage to my cars. I rather park further out and walk to avoid paint damage. My issues and why I stopped going here years ago is the lack of pre-wash. No power washing, no soapy brush before the tunnel. Yesterday I was in a pinch, I thought I would try again- It's so close to my house. I almost pulled away when the truck in front of me was obviously living on a dirt road. It was grossly dirty. Two EE's, one pushing buttons and one collecting cash. How about pretending you care and knock off some dirt with the magic water gun? Nope, just gonna send it. Guess what spinning brushes do, especially to dirt on paint. Guess where the dirt becomes embedded and who is behind that filthy car. I had a foot between the two of us. I now become first to share the filth. It's like being at a college party and open mouth kissing the drunk girl that just puked. I wipe my car down after my washes. I know what's there. As a detailer and die maker, I have a trained eye for defects and problem solving as far as why or what causes surface issues. The air dryer at the end is awful to your clear coat. It's not touchless. The rollers are no longer smooth. I was studying them and wanted to puke as I took my Sunday car through. You can guess I found two scratches from the air dryer. I can polish it out, by I don't need to pay money for extra work when it's avoidable. I have been driving out of my way for two other local washes. You can search my reviews. See Robin Auto Wash at Schoenherr north of 59. I love Ron and his crew. You will sit a few extra minutes, but so worth it, they ALWAYS PRE SPRAY AND BRUSH! No exceptions! They charge me $3 for the express. It's the same service as this wash but includes the proper prep and touchless air dryer. They are also full serve- check my review for details. Also look for another wash I give good reviews. These are my thoughts, not yours. If you care as I do, you will care to drive past, not through!

I let a worker know and the manager came out and explained to me how car washes work. I told him I understand, I've been using auto washes for 25 years, including theirs, and this is the first time that this has happened. They eventually gave me another wash and had somebody actually use the brush to clean the back of my car, but just frustrating that they were trying to man-splain to me how a car washes works. Also, it's very annoying that every time I go in, there's always somebody standing right next to the touch screen trying to sell me on getting a membership. I'd rather just buy my individual washes as needed, and the hard sell makes me want the membership even less.
