They walked off the job and failed to complete two areas so we were desperately looking for someone to repair the boards. Simultaneously, we were talking with a contractor to install rain gutters but he didn't repair fascia boards. Fortunately, he referred us to Xtermicon and we couldn't be more pleased. Kelly, the owner, was very responsive and runs a top notch company. He assigned us to Adrian. Adrian immediately came out to inspect the damage and he and his crew were able to quickly repair the two areas so that we could proceed with the gutter installation. However, after they left, we noticed additional boards that the painters initially "repaired" but were done poorly. We contacted Kelly and Adrian was able to return and repair them. The qualities that stand out about Xtermicon are their professionalism, commitment to do an excellent job, strong work ethics, outstanding repair work, and they make you feel that they truly care about helping resolve the problems. Got a response quickly, and setup an appointment within the same evening. Adam was our service tech, and he was clean (putting on shoe coverings since our house is no shoes inside), explained what the issue was, and was direct with the total cost. The part was ordered for what was shown to me online, and later we scheduled a followup appointment to have the part installed. I had to prepay for the part, but labor will be charged after job was complete. It was about 1 week later for the next appointment. I'm so happy that my fridge works again, and the entire process didn't cost me an arm and a leg. LG Fridge Linear Converter on the hand, please do better :P

This was actually my second time receiving appliance repair service from Andrew. He previously repaired my dryer, which required ordering a replacement part. Although that repair took longer due to the wait for the part, he followed through and completed the job successfully. What I appreciate is that Andrew stands behind his work. Even after the repair, he reached out several times to ensure my washer was now working properly, which I found to be considerate and professional. Very clean laundromat…read more Washers work great but not so much the dryers. I don't know how much I spent total to get my clothes to fully dry. They do not have too much of a folding area, very limited. Again, it is kept clean. Also, I did see they can wash and fold for a price. I do want to update my review in regards the dryers... I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry. So maybe look into fixing dryers or getting new ones.
