Popped in and told the guy I needed oil which I knew I needed 2 quarts, and if he could just basically tell me the air pressure so I could do it myself etc. I usually have an air pressure gadget in my door but that also had been borrowed by my son apparently. Without saying anything and ignoring what I already said about I had checked the oil, he walked out and I opened the hood and he pulled the dipstick out as I said yeah I already have done that and then went inside and got the 2 quarts that I had already put on the counter. He poured them quickly in and then put air in three of the tires and all of this took about three minutes total. He then proceeded to charge me $25 for that! Absolutely appalling and terrible business practice and honestly just rude on top of everything. To ignore a 69-year-old woman that way and then rip her off was disgusting at best. I will never go back there and I honestly suspect he has had friends/family and locals put these reviews in because he absolutely does not deserve them. I have never been charged for air pressure over the years and I've also never had somebody ignore that I am perfectly capable of pouring the oil in myself and pushing ahead and then slamming me with a $25 bill. I'm very tired of people behave this way! Gross. There have to be more honest well-meaning gas station people in the area.

It honestly could've ended so much worse. Thankfully, they were available right away and able to tow us all the way to San Jose, which is where we were originally headed. Lorenzo helped us, and he was amazing--super friendly, communicative, and reassuring during a stressful time. On top of that, they gave us a really fair price. The only thing that dampened the experience a bit was the receptionist who answered the phone. She sounded like an older woman and came across as pretty rude. When I called back a second time because we had lost track of Lorenzo while following him, I asked where he was, and she responded with an attitude along the lines of, "What do you mean he's with you? He's supposed to be towing you guys," instead of trying to help calmly. I ended up just asking for his number.
