Within a few days of the visit he sent me a package covering everything we discussed during the appointment as well as different treatment options. My wait time was short, and my visit was very thorough and not rushed at all. He took the time to explain each procedure I was looking into, made recommendations based on the outcome I was looking for, and was very up front about post surgery expectations and costs involved. After the decision was made not to have more children, I wanted the 'mommy makeover', which for me consisted of a breast lift/augmentation and full abdominoplasty. My surgery experience went very well, and I'm extremely pleased with the very natural looking results he was able to achieve. My outcome far exceeded my expectations - everyone is wondering what my secret is! Great doctor and staff - I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I have had the extraordinary opportunity to work alongside Dr. Ambro and Dr. Chappell for nearly…read moretwo months as I finalized my studies as a physician assistant. From the moment I entered the premises, I was welcomed with warm smiles and open arms, this is not always the case as a student in a new environment. The office is immaculate and the staff is well trained and very capable. Dr. Ambro has an unparalleled bedside manner with his patients and it is evident that he is adored and revered by his peers, staff, and patients alike. His attention to detail is uncanny. Dr. Ambro brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table that is equally matched by humility and character. He makes each patient feel as though he/she is his ONLY patient and is attentive to concerns and questions. He anticipates patient's apprehensions and is well prepared for discussions. His pre-operative and post-operative instructions are well outlined and are among the most thorough I have seen throughout my education and career. He is truly a jack-of-all-trades and a MASTER of them all. He is your "go-to" for everything above the clavicles and offers a multitude of non-surgical rejuvenation treatments including, but not limited to laser services, fillers, and Botox with dramatic, yet natural results. Dr. Chappell is an integral part of the team and focuses on breast augmentation and reconstruction, as well as, body contouring and minimally invasive body sculpting among other procedures. As a student observing many consults and interactions with patients, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's ability to navigate sensitive subjects. He spends adequate time with each patient addressing each unique concern and makes a stressful experience a very pleasurable one. It is not always easy to converse about ones "defects", yet he does so gracefully and with humility. Dr. Chappell is very amicable and went out of his way to welcome me and make me feel as though I was part of the team. I have met students with whom he has worked and my experience was echoed. On a final note, I was very impressed with Dr. Chappell's drive to learn new information. His desk was filled with articles, journals, and notes about new procedures and new developments in his field of medicine. He is well informed and stays ahead of the times. He will not disappoint! With regards to the other team members, Le Ann is a very skilled provider who has mastered patient interaction and satisfaction. Most recently, I scheduled a Diamond Glow Facial on November 29th at the Annapolis location. During that visit, I stocked up and purchased three tubes of the Obagi Tretinoin, totaling $300+ for product alone. Less than 48 hours later, I received an email from their office offering a 20% discount off Obagi products for the month of December. I called the office immediately and asked if they could pass that along considering I was just there. Answer, flat out NO! The office manager advised the person that I was talking to that it could not be done. I'm sorry, that is ridiculous ...... if there is a will, there is a way, especially for a loyal client like myself. There was also a "gift" that was supposed to be part of the Diamond Glow promotion, but that was never offered - after thought. Not thrilled with the staff at all given this experience.

My results were less than spectacular, and i have a NEW forehead wrinkle i had never seen before! I called today and spoke (i should say, listened, as she kept speaking over me) to Devin, who told me that Botox takes 2 weeks for one to see any effect. Anyone who has had a successful Botox treatment knows that this is not true. When Caroline treated me, i saw immediate improvement in the eyebrow area. I finally gave up, as Devin put me on hold, talking to various people, and i realized that i had spent almost $750 in vain, as no one was concerned that i was not pleased with the results. i asked several times whether they would offer any corrections, and was told to call back in 2 weeks. This was very disappointing, as i have previously had a positive experience at Skin Spirit in both California and in the Maryland area.
