The store has several tables to sit at if you choose to stay and eat. The tables as well as the store was clean. The man at the register was friendly and he did let us know when her food was ready. They have a huge selection of beverages including beer. And the soft serve ice cream is really good as well.

This is a fully functional restaurant and or cafe style place. They have a great menu. The menu is seasonal. It's not simple by any standards. In fact it's a great little high end place for garden parties. But today it's just two simple individuals that are having lunch in a garden together. Now we had some sort of special lunch arrangement with hummus and a Greek like salad. It was fresh and delicious. They have great coffee offerings. You must have the flavored gelato with coffee. We had the hazelnut one. It's delicious especially on these hot humid summer days. The service was great. Not being from the area they had to explain the menu to us. A few times. But all went well. They make the gelato offerings as soon as they are ordered. The food they call at the end, eventually. It's made to order. Now where else can you eat in a green house garden? Here in Lexington! This was a first for us. They have all sorts of Sunday concerts while you dine. Music among the trees and flowers. Wow! First off, do not get the sliced pizza! It tastes like the cardboard that it comes in. Secondly, do not get the nachos! The ground beef had no flavor whatsoever, like all they did was cooked it and did not bother to season it. The only things that had any flavor was the sour cream and beans. Now where the nachos are located they usually have different items everyday at station. The pizza is always at the same spot. They have other stations like a deli and salad area but I have yet to get items from there so I can't say anything about it. As for the good stuff, the one location they have has cheese burgers, grilled chicken burgers, hot dogs, fish sandwiches, and chicken tenders. Some of their notable sides are mac n cheese, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. This spot is my go to if the other stations don't look appealing. The grilled chicken they use for the sandwich is actually a decent size and not dry at all. The onion rings are crispy and not as greasy as you think it would be. As for service, you tell them what you want and they put it in a container for you and you pay on the way out. Plenty of tables and chairs for you sit down and enjoy your food. As for the location, this place is a little bit of an adventure to find. As you come in through the main entrance, there are really no signs telling you where this place is. So as you come in through the main entrance, go to your right and you can either take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. There you will see the "Cafe Central" sign. As for the hours I have posted a pic so you can refer to it. Hours are a bit weird so make sure you take a look at it before making your way. They have the modern pumps of ketchup, mustard and barbecue sauce, all Heinz brand. This morning I got the premade tuna sandwich. One of the ladies behind the counter scalded the grill master for allowing me the purchase it though, so stick to breakfast food, don't be difficult like me. For dinner I had a hotdog and fries from the grill area. I really wanting chicken tenders but they were prepared and sitting under the warmer. River did bring me some jam that I put on one half of the muffin but it did not sit well on my stomach due to the grease. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. He did not care for either. I tasted his waffle and I too thought it was bland and dry. He said the chicken was greasy. It was a huge plate of food and he brought 2 of the 3 pieces of chicken home that we ended up throwing away. It was never really crowded which afforded us the opportunity to sit and visit for about 3 hours so that was ideal. The chicken and waffles (from the brunch menu) came with a buffet of pastry. 5 of our party had brunch items that came with the buffet and one one of them ate a muffin from that buffet. They have a pastry case with a variety of items that looked really good however I didn't get any. I sat out front in their garden for a little while and I was the only one sitting outside so it was peaceful. Their landscaping is done tastefully and its pleasing to the eye. As for parking I can't comment on that as I walked from where we live. On a sidenote its literally around the corner from Wilson's Grocery. That's pretty convenient.
