Sandwiches (gluten free bread), soup (gluten free options), coffee, cocktails, and ice cream! Something for every time of the day. Order at the front and they will bring it to your table. This method was a tad disorganized and you could tell the 2 gals working were either a bit overwhelmed or unsure who was coming or going. I suggest giving your guests a number on a little stand for their table after ordering. That'll keep you from hollering out their name and walking around the establishment trying to find them. Nonetheless, the food tasted great! Parking: street parking out front and on the side but there's a free lot on the northeast side of the area. Attire: casual. Great place for kids & dogs on patio

We got the tikka masala and Manchurian chicken as our main entrees and they were both flavorful and perfectly spiced. The garlic naan was fresh and soft. I only wished there was more rice that came work the tikka masala. The portion was a bit small for the entree. The staff were very nice though.

I did get one, because I had a coupon for a free donut. While I was waiting for my beverage, an employee came out with a broom and started sweeping inside of the donut case. I was thinking to myself, I hope she doesn't use that broom to sweep the floor afterwards. Well, to my horror, she did! The free donut that I got didn't seem appetizing anymore. And by the way, when did a small iced cap cost $4?!? There is plenty of seating and parking but I guess neither matters when there are no customers.

When I asked for a manager, The manger said no. Unfortunately, I left without the coffee--and they're still on the hook for the cost. It's a lose-lose. Disappointing experience on what should've been a small, simple birthday win. Shame on you, @TimHortons. A little training and clarity could've made this a positive moment.

Just inside the entrance to Busch's, this Starbucks is in a great location in all the right ways. I…read moreordered ahead because I was under a time constraint. My drink was ready but the sandwich was not. The young woman working had just finished taking an order at the counter and started making their drink. I waited a minute and when she didn't take a sandwich out of the toaster oven, I asked if she was out of that one. She looked around like she was lost and said, "Oh, no. I can get that for you." She finished the drink order for the customer she rang up as I walked in and went over to drawers that have sandwiches in them. She hadn't even started my sandwich. While I waited for her to prepare it, I looked at my latte. I ordered it with no foam and warm temperature. It was blazing hot and had at least an inch of foam on top. When she finally finished heating the sandwich, I pointed out the foam. (If foam didn't make me want to gag, I would have just left without saying anything.) She said, "Oh. It wasn't there when I made it. I can take it off." I explained that foam can't appear after a latte is made and said, "Never mind." I wasn't sure she knew how to make a latte with no foam and didn't have time to find out. When I got to the car, my husband had already texted and asked what the hold up was because we were running late by this point. I opened the sandwich only to find that half of the cheese was on the wrapper, not the sandwich. While I gave a low rating, these mess-ups are just a training issue, and my hope is that with more or better training, this location will improve and have happy customers for years to come.

What is more sanitary? Touching only your own food, ot tongs multiple other people have touched with no way to clean them. Put out a box of disposable gloves for that matter. I was going to order a breakfast sandwich. The bearded man working the food area said there were no paninis available that late. No problem. I asked if the breakfast croissants were available. When the food was done I got a sullen 'it's ready'. I said thank you and got no response. Got home and only had 3 tenders, and the breading was soggy and falling off the ones I do have.
