My favorite food item here is the turkey and Swiss croissant with jalapeños. The coffee shop is located in a plaza by the competition ( a boba shop) but they really made it a local gem!

I found Maestro after a Google Maps search, and chose to try them based on their solid reviews and uniqueness! I was not prepared for this level of pizazz!!! I ended up finding their take on my favorite coffee drink (Kerouac), and I was able to order it large - score!! It was muy, muy delicioso until the very last drop. On top of that, being very hungry and wanting breakfast, I was recommended a lovely turkey or ham croissant - and when additions were suggested, I just asked for eeeeeeverything (bacon, avocado, etc.). And guess what? That breakfast sando was eeeeeeverything!!! It blew my mind!! My neck was sore after all was said and done, because I kept shaking my head in disbelief, saying to myself things like "aww man this is GOOD" and "mmmMMM"!! Anyway, on top of this, the kind and happy folks making the magic happen behind the counter were fun, efficient, and receptive to me projecting all of my enthusiasm their way, haha. And yes the joint itself looks very nice and has ample seating, despite the narrow space. This place deserves all the love, all the attention, and all of the business!! Indeed, I had an amazing first experience - and it was no surprise that they had a line out the door. Thank you, Maestro for an unforgettable experience. I know where my new favorite coffee/breakfast place is!!! ^_^

Maple Bar Rating 8.3/10…read more I do love me a good maple bar-it's my weakness-it's actually the only donut I will eat-if a boss or a co-worker brings in a box of donuts to work and someone beat me to the maple bar that day-guess what?...No donut for me that day. That being said, when I see a donut shop and I have some free time,I will make a quick stop-That happened today when I was out running errands and I saw this donut shop in Natomas was still open. I walked in and saw so many donuts on display but eventually locked in on my maple bar-the employee took a few minutes to come up front, which as a Yelper I didn't mind as it gave me time to snap a few pics of their offerings.Once she took my order of 2 maple bars, she charged me $5.50 for 2 maple bars, which's seems pricey but oh well-in the past I've enjoyed the maple bars here-so whatever. Like I mentioned I do like the maple bars here, they are so light and not overly greasy-they are sweet but they are supposed to be,they are a maple bars-I guess what I like about the maple bars here is I don't feel like crud after eating them here like I do at some other shops, they are delicious, light and sweet-always hit the spot-though a bit pricey. In closing-if u ever find yourself in Natomas and want to have a maple bar or whatever other type of donut that floats your boat that day-I'd recommend stopping here-they are pretty good. PS-I noticed the sign no longer says Natomas Donuts-it now says PGA Donuts-so not 100% sure what's happening at this location-but the maple bars recipe has stayed the same.

The staff was nice and helpful. Inside has a cozy old-school style, and they also have a patio outside to sit and relax. Plenty of parking in front too. Come check it out -- we'll definitely be back to try more sandwiches!

Love the car theme! Please note: street parking Drinks: Vietnamese nitro coffee -not your traditional Vietnamese coffee except for the condensed milk aspect. It had a light bubbly/airy texture and taste, compliments to the nitro brew. It was still pretty good but don't expect traditional bold taste of a Vietnamese coffee. Pistachio mocha -Mind blowing and delicious, definitely a different pistachio profile than what I've tried before. Sandwiches: Bay Area brisket -quite delicious and juicy which paired well with the stretchy cheese, don't forget to pull Squealer -great mix of flavors with the added crunch from the slaw -pulled pork was perfect Overall: great place to try a hardy grilled cheese or get a cup of joe!
