I have several other pieces I might bring in for cleaning and servicing, so this was a test run. Donna Jewelry checked every box: Location & Reputation: I love the area, and knowing they've been in this shopping center for a long time gave me immediate peace of mind. Personal & Family Connection: Both my aunt and grandmother used this jeweler in the past, which was a huge reason I decided to bring my necklace here. Craftsmanship & Service: When I asked if the pieces in the display counter were pre-owned, the man helping me proudly shared, "I make all my own jewelry." Realizing he was the owner made the experience feel truly local and personal. Fast & Fair: He fixed my clasp on the spot while I waited. The total came out to $35.00, which was extremely fair for such fast, high-quality work. While I waited, I noticed he had a fantastic selection of custom pieces on display. When I asked about his other services, he was more than happy to walk me through the details. Between the prime location, family history, fair pricing, and impressive craftsmanship, I will definitely be returning for all my future jewelry needs!

I am not a great jewelry shopper especially diamond rings. I will be honest for me any jewelry store is overwhelming and confusing. Ms. Jayshree was the expert who helped us to buy the right diamond ring with an excellent price. She exactly knows how to put the human element into the business deal. She genuinely connected with us and actively listened our requirements. I asked her several questions about diamonds and rings. She educated us with all the information we needed to know about diamonds. She explained in a very simple way and with a lot of patience. For example, we learned about brilliant and fancy-shaped diamonds, and discover which diamond shape will suit my niece's style preferences. At the end, we did not feel any pressure from her to buy from their store since she had given so much of her time to us. I think her humbleness and just being an awesome individual helped us to buy the right ring from them. Also, Mr. Anant helped us with the pricing and other logistics to make this process simple, easy, and faster. Mr. Anant was friendly and truly knows his products. The store is beautiful, well-organized, and clean. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire process was efficient and painless. I was so impressed, I wanted to say thanks once again to Ms. Jayshree, Mr. Anant, and other sales crew at the store. The beautiful ring was ready as per the given date and was even more beautiful than we expected. Complete satisfaction with our purchase at 22 Karat. Once again, Ms. Jayshree and Mr. Anant are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks, Avani K. Thakkar

Over six years of marriage and having a keen eye for jewelry I've only noticed one other man have the same ring and of course when I started commenting on it, the dude acted like I was hitting on him. And acted like that for the rest of the time I knew him. Umm no...you legit have the same ring my husband does. Ok, back to Zales. When we go back there to clean our rings, I like to browse. They have a unique set of Disney engagement rings that I could have loved had my husband not special ordered mine. Also the clearance section is always worth looking at with the gold offerings. We're talking about nice classic everyday pieces. They are lacking in citrine for November, but every other month is represented well. Customer service is good. Only drawback is that the warranty, monthly inspection you need to have the paper or some type of identifying number on you, because their system only saves things for so long...which sort of defeats 10 to 30 year warranties. However, I still recommend it if you are getting those big diamonds. If you're not like me, as I'm not a diamond girl, you're probably okay skipping it, unless you want the insurance to be able to resize your ring in the future. Engagement/wedding friendly, and even better every day jewelry if you bother to look at their clearance stuff.

Insulting the customer is not ok. Actually I looked it up on line and they do sell gold tie bars and tacks! She could had made a sale but was too busy throwing an attitude. If I wanted upscale I would have headed to Tiffany's or Cartier. Sales customer service is non existent.
