She spent her time telling me how she couldn't do this and couldn't do that, and she never extended herself even one time to just hand me the piece of paper that I needed to take to the DMV. It was such a miserable experience that I actually cried. It shouldn't be that way when I pay over $250 a year for their super premium premier service. It's sad that going to the DMV is actually more pleasant experience and less likely to make me cry than seeing her. I spoke to the manager, and he said that he would talk to her. I will follow up here the next time I go to AAA and let you know if she is any nicer or more polite to her customers. I do want to make it clear she didn't technically say anything that you could pin down, it was the whole attitude, lack of care, all about how she can't help, and never one single bit courtesy or care. Definitely she doesn't go out of her weigh one iota and she leaves you just feeling awful and she ruined my day. The manager did help by printing up the form I needed, and making me an appointment at the DMV which I appreciated. It just didn't have to come to this, and I would find it hard to believe that I am the first customer who has felt this way when it's two times in a row for Christina and she struck out both times.

You made it impossible for me to redeem my Groupon while it was valid and then blamed me because you didn't answer the phone or return my call. This business is SHADY. ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER THE GROUPON EXPIRED AND YOU'RE AVAILABLE FOR ME TO COME IN FOR MY SERVICE AS LONG AS I PAY ANOTHER $50. Once the Groupon expired, they suddenly replied and said they'd accept the voucher--but only if I paid an additional $50. When I followed up with proof of my outgoing calls (no responses from them) and text attempts, their response was dismissive and rude. The lady on the phone literally told me I "should've called them more" and showed zero responsibility for ignoring me earlier. They took no accountability and just wanted more money out of me. We use Groupon specifically to save, not to get ripped off like this. Warning to everyone: Don't waste your money on deals from this place. They ignore your attempts to redeem, let the voucher expire, then demand extra cash. Terrible customer service and shady practices.
