I decided to renew my passport with Jasmine because I did not want the hassle of doing it myself. From the beginning, Jasmine was so pleasant and knowledgeable that I felt really comfortable letting someone else take care of this for me. Unfortunately, my passport application was lost in the mail as this can sometimes happen. Jasmine followed up with me on a daily basis, checking in and calling USPS and the passport office. She spent a lot of extra hours trying to find out what had happened to my application. After a month, she decided it was time to file a new application and declare my passport lost. She found out exactly what I needed, did all the extra paperwork, and had me come in to send out this new application. Had the USPS lost my application without having Jasmine in my life would have been a nightmare for me. She made life so much easier for me, and I felt confident that this time everything will work out. I highly recommend JasRa Biz Solutions for a multitude of things that need to get done. In fact, my husband called at the last minute to find a notary, and she came into her office to help him which is how I met her regarding my passport. I wish I could give her an extra star for how patient, sweet, and helpful she has been to us. read more

I first met Jasmine when I needed help with some complex title transfers for a variety of commercially used vehicles. Due to the ownership interest of the vehicles, it was nearly impossible to get the principals into the DMV to complete the necessary paperwork. Jasmine made the entire process absolutely painless. She prepared every single form necessary, clearly labeled with easy to understand instructions. Ever since then, I have used Jasmine for everything from basic registration renewals, to passport applications, driver's license renewals, etc. She is a pleasure to work with, and her efforts give me back hours of my time to focus on other things. Jasmine responds to every inquiry instantly, and treats everyone like a friend. I could not recommend her services more. Worth every penny. read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. She basically pre-judged as soon as i walked in.. She gave me the total for my car Registration Services and asked me how i would like to pay. I told her i would pay half cash and half on my credit card.. This is perfectly normal, as i am sure everyone has paid a business this way before.. As soon as brought out cash, she Refused to take cash from me stating "Its a risk for her." What ever that means.. I asked her what risk and she couldn't explain herself. She said she couldn't take cash of a certain amount.. I told her the cash wasn't even close to that amount, but she still refused even after she just clearly told me her cash limit. I guess her risk is that i am "BLACK" and giving her half my payment by cash.. My money is a risk to her. Maybe because i am black, my money might be counterfeit or i might be doing something illegal.. I would honestly like to know what is risky about taking cash from me ?? She told my options was to go to the bank and get cashiers check or money order Or i can pay by credit card and she will charge me processing fees and need my ID as well. That was the only way she would take the payment from me. This is my first yelp review. That is how shocked i am about this. This is still happening in 2020. read more

I had to do a LiveScan fingerprinting for DOJ and they had hundreds of places listed on their website. As usual, being a government site, it had pretty outdated info with many numbers not even answering. After a little research I came across "JasRa Biz Solutions" and gave them a call. The phone was answered right away by a very pleasant lady. Jasmine was very accommodating and I had my appointment set up the next day. In short, a very clean place with superb customer service. Highly recommend it! They provide much more than just finger printing - selected DMV services, mailbox rental, notary etc. You will not be disappointed. read more

The night before we were to depart for Europe we realized our daughter's passport was due to expire while we were away. Unfortunately my daughter and I had to stay behind to apply for a same day passport while the rest of our family left as planned. Jasmine met my husband after hours to notarize one of the required US passport forms. She was so friendly and professional, and on a Saturday night when we were in a real bind! Thanks so much Jasmine! read more
