And the process was very well organized. Our pilot of the monster vehicle that took us up to the glacier was former Rookie of the Year Shauna/Shawna/Seana (she's Irish so I'm not sure how she spells it). She was very mindful of safety protocols and very customer service oriented; she willingly took photos of us that we will forever treasure! Next, we were taken by bus to the Skywalk and enjoyed that too. Employees Laura (who taught us some big horn sheep facts and later came up to us to point out some goats way down below us) and Chrystal were very friendly and great ambassadors. After we left the glass walkway, Ross (like in Friends) drove us back to the Visitor Center and had us in stitches with his very dry British humor. Callum was another of the bus drivers who deserves a shout out, but truthfully, all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and polite. This experience is well worth the time! But don't be like us and bring a bottle to fill with "pure glacier water." It's not recommended by the people who know enough to have talked me out of it, so I'm sharing that wisdom with you.

My most favourite one is Paradise and all of those black diamonds on the north side! In general it's fun for beginners as it is for advanced skiers! The food services are pretty good and if you have Marmot Escape Card you will get some discount for the food! I should mention if you have the card, you maybe able to get discount from some hotels too! Look into it in advance! In general I recommend this place and it's the best option in Alberta compare to other choices for me!

Pros: Our room felt clean and recently updated. You have to request room service and specifically say what you want (towels, garbage out, etc.) staff were pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. Small fridge, coffee maker, etc. Cons: Our room was quite small for 2 adults and a crib. We had 4 clothes hangers only. The shower did not drain well, so we ended up standing in a bit of water each time we wanted to bathe. WiFi a bit spotty-not strong enough for streaming or downloading. We did not take advantage of the free hour of rentals because we had a small child with us. Next time, we will.

The lodge is chalet-style hotel with 68 guest rooms with jaw dropping Rocky Mountain views. The exterior looks well maintained and has a cozy feel. It's an ideal hide away spot with near by hiking trails and variety of outdoor activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from the deck.
