Now we 2 in Ontario Christian High we have had our challenges but that is were we have right to pray with our teacher our students consciously know the fear of the lord. i want to be transparent there is no perfect school why cause there are no perfect people kids teacher but when we humble our mind and know why we are here and who did this all for us that person is JESUS " there is no judgment he paid for it all! we need to come to prayer in Teaching our kids parents . we are the Stuart's to these children . It is evident that excellence is a priority across every area of the school. Beyond the classroom, the extracurricular programs and athletics have further enriched our son's experience. When my daughter had an anxiety attack, instead of helping, the principal told her to "get up and go to class" while she was crying and unable to breathe. That's not leadership -- that's cruelty. The new bathroom rules are beyond ridiculous. Only ONE bathroom pass per class? My daughter said a girl stained herself during her period because she couldn't go. That is humiliating and completely unacceptable. Students aren't even allowed in buildings or outside during lunch, and the new drop-off/pick-up system has already caused accidents. This principal is doing the most but not even doing anything to protect our children. The students look miserable every day leaving school. Parents -- beware. I am switching my daughter to another school.

Don't get me wrong it was always a bit cliquey but it's taken a turn for the worse. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. The events are always communicated to the parents the day of, the day before, or in cases like today, the day after. That's finally what prompted me to write a review. There's typos in the communications from teachers and staff alike. And for how unorganized and late their communications are you'd think they'd show some grace for the students, but of course, they don't. The proctors or whoever it is that stand outside during onsite events have attitudes every single time. Sometimes I'm walking straight towards a ramp and they wait till my foot is on the ramp to tell me I had to go around. Now, why would you do that unless you want to be rude ?? Common sense would tell you to let people know on their approach, "hi, welcome, you're going to enter on your left" or something to that effect. A few years ago when the new "management" came in my child was being picked up for a fall and the office staff started yelling at my child and had her finger in my child's face when I had to say something. If that's how they treat kids when a parent is around, imagine when they're alone?? I really miss the old principal. He was the complete opposite of current administration. PFO and all the activities are so dull and sad looking and I know it's because of the leadership and the people who make it so unpleasant. I have one child at another school in the area due to special needs and it's like night and day with Edison. I'm talking parades, backdrops, Christmas presentations with props, the whole nine yards.
