Excellent and conducive environment for learning and establishing positive social relationships…read more Great staff and sports programs. My 6th grade granddaughter and second grade granddaughter have been attending since kindergarten and have been very happy there.

We are new to California. I was looking for a Christian private school for my 2 boys…read more I spoke to a lady at this school today. She asked of what Christian faith we were.. I told her we were just Christian.. she said what kind of Christian.. I said.. well, I was raised Mormon (because I'm honest) I didn't say this part.. Finding myself and my truth was the hardest thing I've ever done. Breaking away from the Mormon church in Utah.. was no easy task. However I did it for me and my kids and I'm proud of the choices I've made. I don't care for organized religion. So.. I told her we were christian. Because we believe in Christ. I'm open to it all. Catholics, Protestant, Mormons, Even atheist. Because I don't judge. I just love. She then said.. We don't accept Mormons. I said... I just told you we aren't Mormon. (Haven't been for 10 years) She said. Oh right. You said that. She proceeded to say that people new to the area need to establish a church and wait 3 months. Then get a pastor reference. I get it. I'm a rule follower. However, am I suppose to put my kids in public for 3 months? Then switch them as they're getting acclimated? Or just not put my kids in school and wait to see if they accept us. Already judging us? That's not very Christ like. I don't care to be apart of a school or church that's judge mental. That's one reason I left the Mormon religion. The lack of knowledge and lack of understanding was a humbling conversation for me. After her saying all that. I said, You know what? I don't think this school is right for us. Thank you for your time. Thank you Ontario Christian, for showing me what I want no part of.

I felt very safe sending my child to the preschool. My daughter loved going everyday. I appreciated…read moreher relationship with Christ developing- she would share stories with us daily and her words were more thoughtful in prayers. On the downside there was little interaction with other parents here as the drop off times vary. It's improved greatly now that she's in Kindergarten. Also, the preschool doesn't run Parent/teacher conferences; something I think is important at this developing age. We had two great teachers over the two years and our daughter felt loved and acknowledged. It was organized and run well.

Moving schools at that stage can be challenging, but from day one, the administration and teachers made the transition smooth, welcoming, and encouraging. We have been consistently impressed with the quality of the academics and the thoughtfulness of the curriculum. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but truly invested in their students' growth--academically, spiritually, and personally. It is evident that excellence is a priority across every area of the school. Beyond the classroom, the extracurricular programs and athletics have further enriched our son's experience. One of the things we love most is the sense of genuine community. At sporting events, it is common to see teachers and administrators not only supporting their own children, but enthusiastically cheering on the entire team. That presence speaks volumes about their commitment and heart for the school. We are equally encouraged by the number of alumni who remain actively involved in the community. It says so much about the lasting impact this school has on its students. This is not just a four-year commitment--it is truly a lifetime community. We are thankful to be part of a school family that values faith, excellence, and connection so deeply.

Whenever I send them…read moreE-mails with questions or concerns regarding my son's schoolwork, I receive a response within the same day or up to 24 hours. I love that the students grades are posted almost immediately and can be viewed through Aeries portal. I went to this school many years ago and loved it then and love it more now. I'm proud to send my son to this school and strongly feel they have his success in mind.

Mrs. Schwietert at Woodcrest Junior High at CVUSD is an absolute unprofessional problematic teacher…read morethat should not be teaching. The fact that she cares more about asking my child to take her jewelry off that has nothing to do with PE rather than teaching the class is a complete joke. She has also asked my child to not wear an undershirt which I think is crazy because again that is none of her business why my daughter wears that undershirt as long as it doesn't show or it is not the clothes she wear to school I don't see how that affects P.E She pulled my child in her office and told her that she need to stop gossiping about her????? That she is not dealing with my child anymore and whatever she has going on is none of her concern....... And moving forward anytime the teacher feels like my child is threatening whatever that means she will send to the office immediately. I'm sorry but you get paid to teach not bicker with teens because you feel threatened by their jewelry or clothes. I have contacted the school and will also contact the district and complain she needs to be reprimanded and moved to a volunteer aid job or parking lot duty but should not be teaching even if it's P.E. This teacher had made a lot of comments and I am so fed up with her.
