Came in for one consultation which was a waste of time due to her own incompetence. 2 week later I get a bill for that one consultation of $950!!!! When I called to ask her what this bill was about she decided to go with 3 different stories. The first was that there's no way it could be real because she would never charge that much for a single consultation. The second was that the bill was not from her and created by the insurance company and the third was that she had "been working with United for 30 years and they never pay her enough." That was the last straw for me as I knew she had not only done this before to other clients but would continue to do so again and again. In the end she decided to settle with me for an additional $60 which I neglectfully agreed to out of the kind nice of my own heart rather than report her to the Attorney General as she well deserves.

When I questioned this, the representative became defensive and dismissive rather than helpful. I was also told I had agreed to these terms, which I do not recall doing. I ultimately disputed the charge with my credit card company and the chargeback was approved. I want to be clear that I can't speak to or judge the clinical quality of the providers themselves. However, the office's billing policies and customer service practices clearly need improvement. I completely understand policies around missed or last-minute cancellations, those situations do take time away from providers. However, charging a non-refundable fee for an appointment canceled well in advance feels unfair and misleading. Based on the interaction, this seems to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated one.

I had some concerns in the beginning because I had brought in MRI images to him and he did not deem it necessary to review the MRI before he started a treatment plan. I did not follow my instincts and proceeded to get Cortizone shots in my back to relieve the pain. The Cortizone shots did not last long and I am still in pain. I received an automated appointment confirmation the day before my follow-up appointment. I came in after three weeks of the initial visit to let him know I was still in pain, only to find out He is on vacation. The young lady at the front Desk look but surprised and said "oh no one called you"., I reply no, but I had a computer asked me to confirm my appointment. Don't put your trust in a place that will do a procedure without looking at images and not be there when you need them or have a decency to call you to let you know That they won't be there to help you.
