This review is in addition to a review I wrote about a different job Platinum Plumbing did for me…read more After 7 years or so I once again called on Platinum Plumbing for a project. Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

I had two problems that needed to be addressed. I had a fairly new toilet that hadn't been set…read moreproperly and was moving around the floor and leaking. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past. I called 1-Tom and they made me feel completely confident about my choice. Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. He was able to do it without damaging the floor, which was a huge relief. I trusted that 1-Tom did the best job possible for me while avoiding major repairs. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends.

I finally called Donna , who was highly recommended by a friend. She came very quickly & diagnosed the problem as a clogged faucet & shower head from sludge that was forced there after my main pipe coming into the house froze. She replaced the faucet & cleaned the shower & everything works great, I wasted a whole week with electric heaters and cutting out my wall to try to expose the pipes when it was a simple clog of dirt. I will recommend Donna to anyone looking for a good plumber who takes the time to diagnose the problem & fix it correctly, plus as a woman business owner I am glad to support another woman business owner. When we bought the house we noticed the pipes under the kitchen sink were very rigged up and needed attention (there was a chain that held the pipes together!). Our plumber not only did a great job in removing the disposal unit but also fixed the ridiculous amount of clamps and piping leading to the dishwasher. She checked everything to make sure there were no leaks or clogs (even checked the flow through the basement). She was prompt, courteous, extremely neat and very knowledgeable. I'm so glad a neighbor recommended them. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. It is 2 months later and I felt they deserved the great review.

I was having a problem with a sink backing up and no other plumber could resolve it. Everyone snaked it and left. Plumbwell thoroughly researched the issues and stayed until the issue was resolved. Turned out the sink wasn't the issue. They came on their scheduled time. Jack and Andrew (brothers) were pleasant and honest. They gave me a cost estimate before they started the job. Very Reasonable Prices. It took over 3 hours to research and repair and they were determined to resolve the problem. They were neat and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend PLUMBWELL. It's hard to find a plumber to call, especially in an emergency. They were helpful from my first phone. Understood my urgency, explained their schedule and was able to fit me in the next day. They do all plumbing services, Installs and repairs. Give them a call.

This was astronomically high in our opinion. We got another plumber to look at it and he fixed the leak within 30 minutes and it only cost us $350. HUGE price difference! Companies like Plumbwell seem to be in the business of up selling and price gouging. Needless to say, we will not be calling them ever again. The only positive thing about this company would be the secretaries who answer the phones. Quite lovely people.

In 2023 my basement was flooding and I didn't know from where. I called all shore and they got a crew here in under 30 minutes. They located where the water source was coming into my home and saved my basement & my belongings from further water damage. In 2024 my basement was smelling like sewage and all shore was able to figure out that my waste line had a crack in it. The team worked diligently and was able to replace my waste line in under 1 day. I was shocked that my basement was dust free even though they needed to cut walls open to access the waste line.
