This was my first time at Jason's Deli, I was recommended it by a friend for a healthier food option. Lupe helped us as soon as we walked in the door, very kind and helpful, made ordering easy. Normally I get overwhelmed by a new menu but it was pleasant to order and substitute items. We also noticed Tiff's Treats there and he mentioned they bake them there and gave us some info on it! Last two visits have been bad. First one, the 99-cent kid's meal did not work on the app. The promotion was a rip-off. But today was even worse. Disgusting. Did not bring the food out to my car, I had to call, then did not bring the drink. Even worse was the food. Breakfast sammie had brown, dry, uncooked sausage. Also ordered the salmon sandwich and guacamole. The guacamole was completely brown. The lettuce on the sandwich was slimy, brown, and spoiled. I threw away $29.00 worth of food. This was my first time ordering "Chicken Padta Primo from this location. The sauce was definitely lacking in regards to the amount. I'm not sure if this was a one time deal or if it is always made like like. I have been to many Jason's Deli's and there is always a good amount of sauce. I also ordered a puece of carrot cake to find out its seasonal, why is it on the menu? I decided to go with the chocolate cake. I'm not sure why it's called chocolate there was no chocolate flavor in the cake or the frosting (all you could taste was butter in the frosting). A very disappointing experience for one of my favorite places. I guess I'll stick with a sandwich. Something different for me. I decided to try this place on a recommendation and it has been my pleasure. I had the endless salad bar. The plates are kept in a cold chest adding some coolness to fresh salad. I enjoyed the plethora of ingredients, numerous toppings, and an array of dressings. I wasn't left missing any of my favorite salad ingredients. As for what I see they are constantly refilling items that are low. Don't forget if you want to go back for more leave your used plate at the table and ask for another at the deli counter. Store set up was good and functional. And the ambiance went well. Always have healthy selections. Ordered the nutty mixed up salad and a cup of the seasonal beef stew. Was not crowded so I ordered and got seated pretty quickly. Cost was $16.42 with a drink. The beef stew was $4.49 for just a small cup. Not sure that was a very good deal as entire salad was only$8.69 Order was out pretty fast. The beef stew was very good! I would order a bowl next time and skip the salad. I always like this salad but not the cheese it comes with and I did not remember to ask them to omit it. My bad. I had a poor experience today with the manager of Jason's Deli, he pulled my tray out of my hand and threw my food away without so much as asking me as I was waiting for my soup to be warmed up. My sandwich and chip were uneaten. I nicely asked why he would do that and received a rude response. When I asked that I get a fresh sandwich made and brought to my table, he made sure that my soup, again, sat on the counter and got cold before having it brought to me. I asked the person who delivered it to have the manager come hear my complaint. The manager refused to come to me. When I asked who the manager is every guy there said that they were the manager. The Area Manager arrived at the location and came from behind me with accusations and threatening language. I asked that he sit down and slow down, but he refused. He immediately said that he was calling the Police on me. I said that I would wait. By the time the Police arrived, I had documented my experience and had one of the four officers read it. He agreed that I was treated inappropriately by the staff, but, I still could be charged with trespass for being on Jason's Deli's property. I am a 100% disabled Marine Corps Veteran, not some bum off of the street. I'm 55 years old and have a distinguished career of protecting and serving the country. Yes, I have scars and tattoos. As a person, I am still worthy of respect! Had lunch today at Jason's. We went in around 11:15 am (they open as early as 10:00 am) to avoid the lunch crowd after church, and it was a smart move. By the time we were finishing up, the place was packed and had quite a line! I got the manager's special ($10 including tax), which comes with a half sandwich, cup of soup or salad, and choice of house chips / baked lays / fruit. I chose the Club Royale, which has turkey, ham, and bacon, toasted on a croissant. I also chose the Fire Roasted Tortilla soup, which is a cultural and personal favorite. The fruit looked very fresh, so i opted for that. Overall- the staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was spot on. I'll definitely come back to this location! read more

I used to aways come here and order the kids pizza to dine in, never had it been a problem until I went in today and they told me it was only 12 and under. I told the cashier I always got it as did my sister and they never told me anything but I did notice it was a busy day and when we used to come in it wasn't that busy. Her manager was also standing next to her and that's probably why she didn't let me get it. So they bend the rules when it come to age restricted food when they want and don't want. The first time I ever ate at one of these was in Greenville, SC and I have loved this deli ever since. We stopped in for dinner on Monday night and for lunch on Tuesday. For dinner, I had a Mediterranean Wrap, and for lunch I had the Portobello Garden Pasta. My wrap had oven roasted turkey breast, roasted rep pepper hummus, cucumbers, purple onions, kalamata olives, roma tomatoes and organic field greens in an organic wheat wrap. It was a winning combination and at 342 calories and 14 grams of fat, it was something I enjoyed and was glad I ordered. As a side, I got the blue corn tortilla chips with their wonderful salsa (I asked to buy an extra salsa, and the girl gave it to me for free!!!). My pasta was also a win for me. It had grilled portobello mushrooms, oven roasted herb tomatoes, organic spinach, artichokes and asiago cheese over bowtie pasta. I don't know the calorie count or fat grams involved, but I can tell you I enjoyed my meal very much. It also comes with a toasted garlic foccacia bread that doesn't have any butter on it (it's dry, which is fine with me), but has a nice subtle garlic taste to it. I love the variety of their menu, their prices are excellent for the portion sizes, the service has been great at every location I've been to, and I especially adore the soft serve machine they have. My colleagues and I ordered Jason's Deli for lunch since they supposedly have great, speedy service for Curbside service, and we only have 30 minutes for lunch, so we placed our order 45 minutes to an hour before the pick-up time. We arrived at Jason's Deli at 11:32 a.m. to pick up our orders, and one order was not ready. They kept telling me that they were working on the salad. The pick-up time that my colleague put down was 11:14 a.m., and Jason's Deli did not have the order ready until 11:45 a.m. It took them an extra 30 minutes just to prepare a cold salad, and worse of all, the manager and the employees did not seem to care. Salad bar was fresh, clean and with some tasty varieties of bean salad, apple and grape salad, and a pasta salad are offered. We opted for a salad, sandwich and soup. Have the cashier repeat your order back to you though, never got the soup, it was never put on the order. The reuben was seasoned perfectly with ample amounts of sliced corned beef and a good ratio of tangy saurkraut. YUMMO! Some say its nothing special but finding decent, fresh, vegetable, fruit and deli offerings in this area is mighty hard. I'm not taking stars off for our distracted cashier.
