From day 1, they've been very honest and transparent and there was never any surprises that could push back our escrow. If they thought that we would have possible issues, they told us upfront and so we were always prepared for anything. 2. If it's your first time purchasing a house, terms and numbers are confusing. But they've explained everything to us so well. And if we found a house that we liked, all we need to do is send Byron the address and he would email us with the numbers which really prepared us for anything! 3. They're all easy to reach. I could email now and get a response in less than an hour, and if it's important, I could get a call back in minutes. 4. Customer service skills is unparalleled. 5. They give you cookies from Cravory cookies (which is to die for). And once Russell found out that we loved the cookies, they sent us another box! So if I could give them 10 stars, I would. We've had such a great experience with this team, and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I'll start by saying that I'm typically cynical of real estate agents due to some bad experiences…read morein the past. However, Bob completely changed the way that I view real estate agents (and the value that they can provide). We just moved into our dream house in Aliso Viejo thanks to Bob's experience and strategic thinking. Bob is a highly-skilled and experienced agent who understands the pulse of the market and is able to provide expertise during the search. When we started our search, he showed us a house that was at the upper end of our budget. At that point, we were ready to move forward with an offer and considered canceling the other scheduled viewings later in the day. Bob insists that we see the other homes before making a decision. It was extremely good advice as we ended up falling in love with another house that happened to be priced $200K less. Any other agent would have jumped to close the deal, especially with the potential of high commission on an expensive house. However, I felt like Bob was constantly looking out for our interests. When it came to presenting an offer, Bob worked with us to structure a unique offer that allowed us to compete on a hot property (and ultimately win). Afterwards, we learned that we were not the highest offer either (among the 28 submitted offers). However, due to Bob's networking and strategic thinking, we were able to construct a compelling and persuasive offer that allowed us to stand out. Lastly, Bob is a relationship person who has a strong network and presence in the area. This can be extremely helpful when in a hot market, and can honestly "make or break" the situation. Bob is also extremely responsive and dedicated. There were several times during the process when we were anxiously waiting to hear back from the selling team, and Bob would proactively contact us with updates. He even drove over to speak with the selling agent when he wasn't getting a clear response. That was above and beyond our expectations. Again, Bob broke my perception of real estate agents -- he provided so much value to our search. I honestly believe that his expertise, experience, and emotional intelligence helped us to get our home. Long story short -- don't hesitate to hire Bob for your next home search. He is an honest and trustworthy person who has your best interest at heart and is willing to think "outside the box" to help his clients get their dream home.

We worked with Charles on both the sale of our condo in Fullerton and the purchase of our new home…read morein Irvine, and we had a great experience with him on both. We had actually tried to sell our Fullerton condo the year before with a different agent, but it never sold. The experience with Charles was completely different. He put a lot of effort into marketing the property and getting people through the door. He held open houses every weekend, and we would even spot signs advertising our condo's open house that he had personally put up in the Costco parking lot about a mile away. That really showed us how much effort he was putting into getting visibility for our property. He was also very diligent about following up with prospective buyers and their agents. We especially appreciated how thoughtful he was when it came to pricing. He never pushed us to lower the price just to make a quick sale. Whenever we discussed a price adjustment, he took the time to explain whether he thought it was actually necessary and why. We always felt like he was looking out for our interests and treating the sale like it was his own investment. He put the same level of effort into helping us buy our home in Irvine. For every showing, Charles would get there about 30 minutes before us, turn on all the lights, walk through the property, and look for anything that might be an issue. By the time we arrived, he was ready to walk us through the house and point out things we might not have noticed ourselves. Another big plus is that Charles is truly fluent in both Korean and English. We have worked with and met plenty of agents who are more comfortable in one language than the other, so having someone who communicates naturally and professionally in both was incredibly helpful. Charles is honest, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely puts his clients' interests first. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely work with him again in the future.

They are very knowledgeable of the area, and they also live in Laguna Woods. My journey started back in June 2023 when I took the LW bus tour with some friends to see the entire community. The tour provided a general overview and impression of the community, the beautiful grounds and the amenities. The part that was missing from the LW bus tour was information about the business details, how it all worked and the next steps to learn about a property. The tour guide suggested that I find a relator to help me learn about the leasing and buying process. I found Jon and Kathy Wallin after reading their yelp reviews. I called Jon and he suggested I come for a visit. In September 2023, Jon and Kathy gave me a personal tour and showed me a few properties and the community. It provided a great opportunity to learn, ask questions about co-ops and the real estate process. I really enjoyed the tour and knew then I would seriously consider moving to Laguna Woods in 2024. Jon and Kathy kept in touch with me for the months after the tour to see if I needed anymore information during this time. June 2024, I decided to sell my home in Los Angeles and start planning a move to Laguna Woods. Jon and Kathy helped me find a place to rent for a 3 to 4 months while I looked for a place to buy. This proved to be a huge advantage to live there and learn about the different neighborhoods and look at properties. November 2024, I moved to a rental and started looking to buy. January 2024, I purchased a home and closed end of February Jon and Kathy were invaluable during the entire real estate transaction, inspection and HOA process to make this as seamless as possible. They are professional and so generous with their time, and I couldn't have navigated the process without all their support and kindness.
