I called to make a partial payment…read moreeffective thay day and schedule another partial payment for the end of the month and the first payment never happened, instead, JMJ charged me the payment I scheduled for over 2 weeks out. I called to have this payment reversed as it caused me to go overdraft. The person I talked to was no help and delayed the process more. The representative could see I had the payment scheduled the payment for 9/30 but said the phone call would need to be revied to be certain I never authorized that payment to come out on 9/16 or some earlier date. The representative opened a ticket and said I would hear from by the end of the day. The day came and went with no response. I called back first thing the next morning to find out that the ticket had been opened incorrectly. I asked for a supervisor everything I called because clearly nobody knew what they were doing. The second representative told me I would get a call back within 24 hours. I finally received a call from a supervisor 30 hours later and they told me they made the decision to refund me and the money would be transferred into my account within 24 - 48 hours. 6 days later I got a call that I was later told was JMJ and they needed to know the account information to send the money to, I was at work and could not answer and they did not leave a message so they closed the ticket. I finally spoke with someone who verified my bank information and told me they would refund the money within 4 days. They still managed to tell me that they will report me to the credit bureau if I did not have my payment on time.
