This company is a complete fraud. They upsell options such as Zoning which was sold to us by "…read moreMarco Ferreira" for $1300 and it never worked. So this Zoning option upsold by the so called Comfort specialist Marco was a complete money grab and it was like throwing down money down the drain and into the coffers of John Adams. The extra work and the delay in installation was because of change in furnace a decision made by Adams based on non availability of the agreed upon unit at the time of install and the lack of accurate measurements by their comfort specialist - Marco-- all of which was their fault. They could have pre ordered the agreed upon unit or measured the attic space correctly. Somehow Adams takes pride in extra work they did which was a direct result of their own incompetence and lack of due diligence before the installation. I was never happy with the delay and was livid during installation and had expressed my frustration to Marco and installation team and even spoke with the service manager and expressed my displeasure the day of the installation as we had to sleep in the home without a functioning AC . So Adams and their installation team could not fit the unit in the attic space since they didn't know how much space was required for the unit and who was responsible for measuring the Attic space prior to install - one MARCO FERREIRA !! This is like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand was doing.. If Marco had measured the Attic space correctly than the delay would have not happened and also there was no need to reconfigure the attic space and extra work Adams seems to take a misplaced sense of pride.. So you don't do the due diligence and prep work and that causes the delay and result in doing the extra work and customer not having a functioning AC overnight and somehow the business takes pride in this botched installation.. Bravo !! So Marco or team who is responding to the review conveniently leaves out the detail about not measuring correctly the attic space and prep work that could have prevented the extra work and delay all of which was their own fault and doing... They also overcharge way more than average price for their service contracts and find certain parts such as Air Switches etc that needs to be replaced and overcharge for the installation. I will not recommend this business to anyone in Charlotte as there are plenty of honest HVAC providers out there.

I'd been expecting this for a while as the system was installed on 1992, some 34 years ago. They offered me a choice of a few systems and told me that they could install it the following Thursday. After I agreed, they showed up early Thursday morning, around 8:00 AM, pulled the old equipment, installed the new, had everything inspected, tested the system, installed a new thermostat and carbon monoxide detector, and where on their way. Total time start to finish, about 5.5 hours! My neighbor recommended them to me, and I recommend them to you! I had another estimate from another company, also very reputable, but they were about 20% more expensive, and at this price point, that's a lot!

I have Thad them out 3 times to cut my lawn. The second time they were out I asked them to please…read moredo not cut by my back gate on the right side, and the backyard because I had seeded the last one they were out. This week they came out charged me the normal price and didn't cut anything but the front yard and they did a horrible job at that!! They left yard clippings all over- ran it over with the mower didn't "cut" it (see pictures) and didn't trim anything. When I called in to asked if they were coming back to cut the backyard and fix this they said they were too busy. They said they would have a supervisor call me and I have yet to hear from him. (Update) on owners comment! I didn't receive a call that a complete and utter lie! Everyone notice that the pictures posted are from the owner, not customers. Are they real reviews if the owner posted them? I the following day had another company come out and "fix" your work and they did a great job for so much less than your job which didn't cut the grass you mushed it over. He also commented on the trim job your company did which was over a foot to my pavers. I've posted that picture to show the "rush" job this company did. If you want an experienced lawn company don't go with an air conditioning company.... Try a yard company instead- Blade Force 980-250-3673. They only do yards... it's their specialty!!
