After hearing what some of my coworkers were paying, I decided to reach out for a quote. Joe Kennedy's team reviewed my policy and provided the exact same coverage I had before -- but for $1,024 less per year. The process was straightforward, the staff was helpful, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I'm now saving a significant amount while keeping the same level of protection for my home and vehicle. If you're paying a lot for insurance, I highly recommend contacting Joe Kennedy's Allstate office to see what they can do for you.

    I was a policy holder with this insurance agency for 3 or 4 years until this September. When our…read morerates kept going up each year despite not filing any claims, I decided to shop around before my renewal on Sept. 1st. I was able to find a good independent agency who was able to save us $1200 a year. So then we decided to switch and a week before our policies were set to renew, I emailed my Allstate agent, Joe Kennedy, to inform them that we would not be renewing and to cancel at the end of the current policy. I didn't get a reply and then a week later, I got a reminder email from Allstate saying we were past due and had to make a payment. I then forwarded that email to Joe Kennedy again stating that we weren't renewing and to please cancel all our policies as of Sept 1st. Still no reply back. Then, the middle of September, I received a notice in the mail from Allstate that I was past due and that I needed to send them several hundred dollars to keep my policy active and that even if I canceled the policies I still owed them the money! I then tried calling the Kennedy agency during business hours, they didn't answer and since they never answered any of my emails, I didn't trust them to call me back. I then called the main Allstate 800 number and spoke to them to get all my policies canceled. I was also told that I didn't owe them any money since I canceled the policies before the renewal. I thought that took care of the issue, but no! Today I get a collection letter in the mail saying I owe Allstate $78.97 and that I better pay them. Of course I am disputing this ridiculous demand, but what a gigantic waste of time trying to NOT do business with this inept agency! BEWARE, they will overcharge you and not be there when you have an issue.
