The customer service is awful!! No welcome, how may I help you? not even a hello. the flowers looked healthy, but the front persons attitude was certainly lacking. read more

I enjoyed the ambiance of all the plants and flowers. They are very welcoming as well. They have some outdoor plants in front. So many beautiful orchids. They have an additional area as well with even more plant options as well as tree-like plants. They also have floral services. Again, everyone here was so nice. I'll definitely be back. read more

Really enjoyed my experience at the Jungle. They've got a great selection of plants, all in great shape! I bought a pothos and she is still thriving many months later. The staff was friendly and had helpful recommendations. I would recommend this spot for anyone in the area looking for a local plant provider. read more

Jarrett's Jungle - Florists Near Me - West Columbia, South Carolina

Plants are gorgeous. Sale on orchids which is why I went. The sale is solely for moth orchids. Looked healthy with pretty roots.. Had a bunch of other plants. Baby's tears. Mini African violets I think. A lot of plants in mini pots for cheap. I think I saw one medium size Monestera Thai. Hoya. Begonia Rex. Caladium. Cactus. Succulent. Airplants. I didn't even look outside in the back so I'm unsure if there's more stuff. There were a few dif types of orchids not included in the sale. read more

Wonderful selection of plants and plant growing supplies! Came here today to purchase a new venus fly trap to add to my collection and was surprised by the healthy looking selection they had! They also had two other types of carnivorous plants that looked to be in wonderful condition also. My girlfriend found herself a very nice rattlesnake plant as well. She especially loved the resident cat in the building as he was very friendly and was very eager to be pet. Will definitely return for all my future plant needs. read more

I love this place! I just went for the first time today to look for an indoor plant and I will definitely be coming back! There is a wide variety and almost all of the plants have prices and their names displayed for customers. It was also super affordable, unlike Gardeners Outpost. The greenhouse was beautiful and so peaceful! read more

This was my first ever time in Jarrett's and to be honest it blew my mind! I didn't know how big this place truly was! It's gorgeous don't get me wrong but I was definitely overwhelmed! Luckily, the owner was there and was so kind. She pointed me in the right direction and even helped me choose an awesome vase for the African violet. I love shopping at family stores and I felt so welcome here! For any flower needs, definitely come to this place! read more

Jarrett's Jungle - Florists Near Me - West Columbia, South Carolina

I hate to give this place three stars but the prices are just outrageous. Beautiful selection, friendly staff but something that costs $65 somewhere costs $99 here. Something thats selling for $12.99, I bought here for $30. I'll go back to browse, but it won't be the first place I go. read more

Excellent customer service, down-home feel. We bought Valentine flowers for my future mother-in-law at Jarrett's Jungle at almost closing time that day. They are aptly named, as when you walk in, there are plants as far as the eye can see. They have a few cats that make themselves right at home. Very gentle and fluffy. Too cute. Also, they had a separate room where they kept some of the pre-made arrangements. They do custom arrangements as well, but due to time constraints, we chose the pre-made one. It was purple in color and included tulips and various other flowers that I don't know the names of. They lasted at least a week and a half in water, and were a beauty. The price-tag was a little bit more than one would expect to pay for non-rose flowers on Valentine's, but the personal touches were obvious. Again, customer service was above and beyond the ordinary. These people love what they do, and they are very helpful and friendly. Whether you're wanting something to plant in your garden or display on your table, Jarrett's Jungle has it. read more

This is, without a doubt, the best place to buy seasonal plants and houseplants (particularly orchids) in the Columbia area. The folks at Jarrett's really know their business and sell only the best. I've been going there for years, decades really, and have never been disappointed. If you need a special gift, it's the perfect place to get it. Today I took 2 large containers that I'd tried (and failed) to fill; they took over and completed the task to perfection (see photo) Very reasonable prices for top quality plants, with excellent service to boot. read more

First time customer from out of town. I spoke to Jackie who listened to what I was looking for and executed on my request brilliantly. I thought the flowers were exceptional. Plenty of flowers to choose from, artistically arranged, and at a reasonable price. I called midday and the flowers were delivered that afternoon. I will use this florist again. read more

Today I placed an order over the phone from out of state, and I have to say they were super-helpful and courteous. One of the workers even texted me photos of the plants so that I could choose one for my loved one. They even delivered the plant right away. I could not have asked for a better over-the-phone florist experience. Kudos. I will definitely shop here again! read more

Delivered a beautiful bouquet for my daughter's birthday! When they couldn't get the exact flowers I wanted (on less than 24 hours notice) they called to make sure the substitutes were okay. Great service, beautiful work! read more

Excellent service! Came here for a plant for our porch. The people that run this place are great, definitely very helpful. They helped me find a plant that "I didn't want to kill right away". They also sell these beautiful little terrariums that are a bit outta my price range but still super cute! read more

My first impression of this place was spectacular. The second I walked in, I felt like I was in an actual jungle, and there was a sweet young lady that greeted me. She guided me through both greenhouses and was very knowledgeable about all of the plants I was interested in. They had more rare plants in their collection than you could find at any big box store. I wanted to give this review 4 stars for their higher prices, but I just couldn't do it considering how healthy these plants were. You get what you pay for! I will be a returning customer as long as this place is still in business. Impressed is an understatement. read more

Best place in Columbia to buy healthy plants. I have been buying my plants here since 1980. Great customer service and selection of plants.

i brought in my own basket and chose some plants to go in it. The florist helped me pick out compatible plants, and then she put them in liners, arranged them for me, and stuffed in some spanish moss. The basket looked great. Furthermore, I broke one of her terra cotta pots, and she was very gracious about it. Great prices too. read more

I took a chance after reading all the ratings and found two shops in the west Columbia area. I drove by the place and found the location close to my business facility which made it even better for me to access if I needed to pick up the item. I ordered over the phone and the customer service was excellent. I explained what I needed and the gentleman who took the order added a personal touch of his own. I was given a actual price over the phone before taxes and that was fine because in todays society you get what you pay for. I explained the hours of operation and the times that would be acceptable for delivery to my facility. They where delivered within the time frame and the display was more than acceptable, everyone in the office where astonished and some are still in shock from this beautiful arrangement. Thank you for this arrangement! Its more than beautiful, fresh, and it still goes to show you get what you pay for today. I will recommend this business to all my friends and colleagues. read more
