Plants are gorgeous. Sale on orchids which is why I went. The sale is solely for moth orchids. Looked healthy with pretty roots.. Had a bunch of other plants. Baby's tears. Mini African violets I think. A lot of plants in mini pots for cheap. I think I saw one medium size Monestera Thai. Hoya. Begonia Rex. Caladium. Cactus. Succulent. Airplants. I didn't even look outside in the back so I'm unsure if there's more stuff. There were a few dif types of orchids not included in the sale. read more

Excellent customer service, down-home feel. We bought Valentine flowers for my future mother-in-law at Jarrett's Jungle at almost closing time that day. They are aptly named, as when you walk in, there are plants as far as the eye can see. They have a few cats that make themselves right at home. Very gentle and fluffy. Too cute. Also, they had a separate room where they kept some of the pre-made arrangements. They do custom arrangements as well, but due to time constraints, we chose the pre-made one. It was purple in color and included tulips and various other flowers that I don't know the names of. They lasted at least a week and a half in water, and were a beauty. The price-tag was a little bit more than one would expect to pay for non-rose flowers on Valentine's, but the personal touches were obvious. Again, customer service was above and beyond the ordinary. These people love what they do, and they are very helpful and friendly. Whether you're wanting something to plant in your garden or display on your table, Jarrett's Jungle has it. read more

My first impression of this place was spectacular. The second I walked in, I felt like I was in an actual jungle, and there was a sweet young lady that greeted me. She guided me through both greenhouses and was very knowledgeable about all of the plants I was interested in. They had more rare plants in their collection than you could find at any big box store. I wanted to give this review 4 stars for their higher prices, but I just couldn't do it considering how healthy these plants were. You get what you pay for! i brought in my own basket and chose some plants to go in it. The florist helped me pick out compatible plants, and then she put them in liners, arranged them for me, and stuffed in some spanish moss. The basket looked great. Furthermore, I broke one of her terra cotta pots, and she was very gracious about it. Great prices too. read more

I took a chance after reading all the ratings and found two shops in the west Columbia area. I drove by the place and found the location close to my business facility which made it even better for me to access if I needed to pick up the item. I ordered over the phone and the customer service was excellent. I explained what I needed and the gentleman who took the order added a personal touch of his own. I was given a actual price over the phone before taxes and that was fine because in todays society you get what you pay for. I explained the hours of operation and the times that would be acceptable for delivery to my facility. They where delivered within the time frame and the display was more than acceptable, everyone in the office where astonished and some are still in shock from this beautiful arrangement.
