Antoine took lots of time to communicate with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no effort to "upsell". Antoine double checked everything to make sure everything was right. My mom was ecstatic with her arrangement! When she sent me pictures, I was floored! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but the quality and freshness of the flowers were top notch! The effort and value put into the arrangement for the money spent was incredible. You could really tell a lot of thought and talent went into it. I, shamefully (shop local!) had been looking at some of the online florists prior to calling Kelly & Co and I truly believe I would have spent close to 1.5 or 2 times the money to get something similar from one of those services. The farm has a lovely variety of trees - from pines to cypress to firs to cedar- there is going to be a tree for you. Parking is ample and they provide instructions upon arrival along with a map of where the different types of trees are located. This is a great tree farm to bring the family and they even have free hay rides (and hot chocolate and coffee!)! I'm currently enjoying the Frasier fir we got from them, but I am already excited for next year's tree from Hollow Creek! Highly recommend a trip to Gilbert, SC for a high quality tree.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by how the nursery is tucked away from the road, nestled among the trees. It felt like stepping into a hidden oasis--almost like a rainforest in the middle of Columbia! The serene setting and the incredible variety of plants instantly drew me in. They truly have a wonderful selection of greenery, with options for just about any landscaping or gardening need in the area. The staff was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Twice I waited for Casey from 8am-11am, as arranged with him, and he didn't appear. Each time, I contacted him about the delay and was told that he couldn't get the equipment he needed and that he would contact me when he had it. This never happened. It didn't occur to him to get in touch with me when the equipment was unavailable. Recently I texted and asked him to let me know whether he had decided not to do the job so I could turn to someone else. He hasn't replied. I believe this is called ghosting, which is not a good business practice.
