Mark suggested an auto fill feature that has never worked properly, overflows leaking onto the stone walkway, spilling into my yard, and causes cleaning issues with the pool. I spent approximately another 200K with them on stone patio, drainage, driveway and plantings. The one of the patio was never finished correctly leaving an end column that supports an upper deck partially unsupported. Im also concerned about how much the concrete in the patio has chipped and how much some of the rocks with the pool have cracked or chipped already. Another is with $10,000 worth of trees and plants installed last fall. The 9 big Evergreen type trees survived the winter but everything else died. When I called him this spring to tell him the evergreens didn't look & sent him pictures with some yellow & brown he was unconcerned. Now the evergreens are half brown and I fear they'll be dead within 6 months. Looks like that $10,000 was totally wasted. You'd think with 700K - 800K spent with Mark and his company he'd want to get it All right and appreciate your business. He has not done right by me.

I live in Seattle and was ordering these for my mother in South Carolina. She typically will send me a picture after the flowers have been delivered. Saturday came and went . No flowers. When I called, the place was closed at 4:30 Sat. and not open on Sunday. And the voicemail was full. After hearing that, I felt quite certain my flowers weren't going to be delivered for Mother's Day. Incredibly disappointing I called again Sunday and was able to leave a message. Leslie from the florist called me back on Monday. When I return the call asking to speak to Leslie, I can hear someone speaking in the background. The person on the phone said to me "did you hear her?" I was shocked the person couldn't even take a minute to actually speak to me. I was told that that delivery was outside of their delivery range. I told her I received a confirmation email. She told me they had canceled that order and I should've looked in my junk mail for it. Why would I look in my junk mail for a cancellation when I had received a confirmation on my order? I believe someone should have called me and let me know at the very least my order would not be delivered .
