The price on the website was lower than the price on the email receipt. The delivery charge was higher on the website (which was higher than I have ever seen) than the email receipt. There was service charge (which I never see for florists) on the website in addition to the high delivery charge, but in total the email receipt was a little lower. read more

Honestly I never do reviews, I always try to go to the source if I am unhappy with a service but this time NO! My daughter showed this florist a physical picture of her dress and flower arrangement that she wanted and the day before her prom they gave us a bouquet full of unopened flowers and other flowers that look like weeds. The bouquet was not what we wanted. It wasn't even in the same color of what we asked for. Then we go back and ask for it to be redone and then they tell us that they have no more pink flowers and that they cannot do what we originally ordered so then they put together another bouquet that looks like a five-year-old did it. This is not ok and not good customer service. If they actually took the time to do their arrangement nicely, I would've forgave them, but the fact that they just threw together another arrangement that did not look nice at all is unacceptable. read more

We placed an order through an online chain last week to surprise his mom for a very special day, her birthday. Unbeknownst to us, her delivery wasn't going to make it and had been delayed 7 days with no notification of any issues. I contacted this business on a whim to see if there was a slight chance for same day delivery even 10 minutes before close.. they made it work no questions asked. We received a phone call within 40 minutes thanking us for the gorgeous bouquet of flowers and for making her day even more special. I choose them for my wedding (6/30/12) and they were awesome to work with. I was recommended by a friend so we had made a connection through the time spent planning my wedding almost a year prior. I'm not a flower type girl so I had pre-selected images that I really liked and just had a consultation with them. I think they were like my 5 florist consultation. The prior ones were trying to push their ideas or were really pricey. Here they listen to your vision and work with your budget. They informed me of the flowers that would be in season and worked hard to make sure that we stayed within the budget. My wedding had about 150 guests and so I needed floral decorations for about 8 tables and they were tall, I had a large decoration for the head table for the reception. For the ceremony I had 4 large decorations in the church, 5 groomsment boutennieres and 6 bridal bouquets (includingy my own). The staff were great the day of the event. She even provided extra decoration for the church - wrapped the rails to the stair leading into the church, decorated all the pews with bows, created bows for the aisle runners, created drapery with tulle to cover the glass to door of the church so that I would be hidden and even wrapped my bouquet stems with crystals. All of this she did because she loved to decorate and I very grateful that she did b/c it made the wedding really beautiful to me and my guests. They are very flexible to work with. For instance, for the bridal portrait it rained the schedule day I was supposed to shoot and they preserved my flowers and they looked fresh when I went to pick them up 2 days later for shoot. They did all the delivery and set up at the church and reception. Pros: I love their work. They were a joy to work with. They were always courteous and on a first name basis when I would go in to make a payment. They kept me up to date with phone calls about the wedding. They seemed to be excited about my upcoming day which made me happy. I love how friendly they were and how gracious they were to me. The props were in great shape. Cons: They are a little outdate with means of communication. I had to pay personally, b/c they did allow mail in payments but they did accept: cash, check or credit cards at store. Overall: I would definitely recommend them. I had no problems with their service. read more

She was so kind and compassionate and was so thoughtful. I told her what I wanted and she made the most gorgeous arrangement I have ever seen in my life. But you need to understand what all these seniors have gone through with the COVID changes and how their senior year hasn't been the same and not to mention their 11th grade year was taken from them as well. For you to NOT take prom orders just for LHS because they chose Mother's Day weekend isn't right! You need to understand that the reason this weekend was chose is because it was the only weekend they had to offer for prom. I wanted pink roses to be delivered to my daughter when she came home from the hospital with her new baby girl. I explained to a very kind woman, that I had wanted a dozen roses for my daughter and a single rose for my granddaughter. In speaking with her, she suggested that the dozen roses be all together in a vase with baby's breath and a single rose with a ribbon would be included for my granddaughter to be taken out to put in her room. A very delicate subject to speak of in which I chose Lexington Florist when we lost a family member suddenly and unexpectedly in an accident. They were excellent to work with and when everything happened so fast and in a daze. They were very articulate and so caring in designing exactly what our family wanted working with me in the back and taking all the time in the world showing me everything as I hand selected each and every flower for the spray. I described to the owner some of the favorite flowers and colors loved by who we lost and he was very helpful in making suggestions and even going outside to hand pick some wild flowers and some other natural elements to add to all the elements we had in mind. He and his staff went far and wide beyond the call of getting our final results. In addition, when our immediate family went away our first Christmas because we did not want to be at home for the holidays, I ordered a memorial basket to take and put on the memorial site at the cemetery. When I went in it was wrong and not exactly what was ordered. There were only so many hours of daylight left and I could not wait around since I had so many errands and we were leaving early the next morning. They told me to get my errands done and they would remake the basket and drive all the way down to the cemetery and hand deliver the basket to me at the site so we could utilize our time the best and not waste time going back to pick it up. He had a lady deliver it to us timely right at the cemetery. Kept in contact with us to make sure everything went perfect.
