At 12:35, we're both looking at the furnace while he takes the blower fan cover off. At 12:37, he has diagnosed that the fan isn't dying or dead, but that it has shifted in its mounting bracket, making the fan blades hit the enclosure. SUPERB AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. I informed her how my wife and I made arrangements and prepared for this repair job (such as boarding our dog, childcare plans, adjusting work meetings, removing doors and items from the bathroom). When I requested an appointment later the same day, Jenna then transitioned to the weather and road conditions. She made it clear that they had no interest in honoring our appointment. I do not feel the weather was an impediment to this repair job. Regardless, she did not offer to rectify her mistake in a manner that was appropriate to us, the customer. I expressed my frustration with her lack of understanding the inconvenience that Peck Plumbing caused us. Jenna responded in a bizarre, argumentative manner and asked if we made childcare plans for the other plumbers we scheduled estimates with - as if a 10-minute estimate is comparable to a confirmed repair job. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. The work was outstanding and completed very quickly. This is a rental home and I'm sure we would not hesitate to contact Max for any future work.

In addition, when he reassembled the drain pipes, he screwed one connector on crooked so it leaked! I called to ask if they would return without charge since he made it worse. They said no.
