I have been pleasantly surprised with this location, and the Jared brand in general. Even through the whole COVID mess business had to navigate through, they maintained exceptional service. I took a very special watch in to have it adjusted and cleaned. This was done with a bit of a delay, but it was reasonable and acceptable as the manager called me several times to update me on the process. I was very surprised how nice it turned out when it was finally received. We go in every couple of months to get the wife's wedding rings cleaned, I told you Jarad went to Jared, and she likes throwing that out there as well. My fiancé bought my first ring from here and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. We still have it and I take it in to have it cleaned/ inspected to uphold the warranty. For a business he spent $30k with, you'd really think they'd greet their customers kindly instead of snapping at us that "someone will get to you in a minute" when we walk through the door. Two different associates were clearly gossiping and scrolling through social media in the corner. Dollar amount aside, I've seen them be rude to many other people in that store. How do you expect to sell high end jewelry with so much attitude? You can tell the people that work there do not enjoy working there. There was a super sweet lady named Laura that showed us rings when we were first looking and my fiancé bought my first ring from her because we had such an amazing experience. She's gone now and the ones that are still there are rude, unwelcoming, and clearly think you're wasting their time. Absolutely awful. We told our salesperson our budget right off the bat. He showed us several rings, and I picked out a couple favorites. At the end of the process, he gave us the total price of the rings---TWICE what we told him our budget was. He then pushed financing, even though we explicitly told him again and again we did NOT want to finance. He gave a long spiel about how Jared doesn't have sketchy sales like other jewelry places, but lo and behold they just happened to have a special promotion for 2 days only, and it was a very convoluted calculation. We ended up walking out. We won't be going back, and we do not recommend, especially after having a completely different and delightful experience at a different (non-commissioned) jewelry store. read more

I ordered a necklace online for my wife. I had my son's name put on the necklace with his birth stone in the center. The piece came and it looked like it came straight out of a gumball machine. The engraving on the necklace was off center so I took it back in to the store and asked what they could do. The GM was willing to do an exchange for another piece of jewelry even though they typically do no returns on engraved jewelry. My husband bought a Levian Chocolate Diamond ring from this store for Christmas and had it sized and it lost a diamond. They replaced the ring with another ring and the same thing happened. I called them and I was told they would order a ring in my size, This was Janurary 15th. Now it is mid February and I am still waiting, My complaint would be lack of communication. I called and was told I would be called back within the hour after she checked into it. NO CALL. I called 2 days later and was told the gentleman that told me he would order the ring was off that night I called, (y didn't she just say that) and he said he called Levian to see what was going on and he would call me. NO CALL. I stopped by 2 days later and was told by him that he called Levian and of course the person he needed to talk to was off until Monday but they did get the order and not to worry that he hadn't forgot about me. This is Monday night and NO CALL. They are nice, but don't seem to follow through. I don't need a minute by minute, but a call updating me would be helpful. I do not know if he called the man today or what he found out if anything. I am ready to tell them to cancel the whole thing for a full refund. We will not shop there again. read more
